Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

JEB doesn't have the guts to take Terri under protective cutody himself this very night as Canadian Outrage suggested. He does not want to go through a political firestorm nor does he want to be impeached. He will let DCF do it (which is NOT the same as doing it himself). If that's disparaging so be it.

I have made what you would consider to be disparaging remarks about many politicians including MY HERO and a man I have the utmost respect for, Ronald Reagan and will continue to do so (that is one of the purposes of this forum). They are human and make mistakes, or don't always do the RIGHT THING the way it should be done. I also applaud them vociferously when I believe they have done well and vehemently defend them (as you did) when I beleive they are unfairly attacked.

I do think we should keep the heat on Governor Bush in case everything fails and he has to take Terri into custody himself (and without the help of the DCF).

It's not just a question of guts. The forces of evil will not let Terri escape ere they are rent asunder. If Jeb Bush were to take Terri into protective custody of his own accord, he may be able to 'win' a month or two, but at the cost of foreclosing many other options. Given the army of evil stacked against him and Terri, Jeb Bush must preserve his ammunition for when it will do the most good.

That an innocent disabled woman is not agonizingly starved and dehydrated to death, and that what all of us need -- food and water -- is provided her. The reason it's being supplied by a gravity tube is because her "guardian" has denied her therapy for swallowing.

Please take notice that on or about February 18,2005 and February 21,2005, DCF received reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation involving allegations related to Theresa marie Schiavo.

Such reports and written attachment thereto raise approximately 30 detailed allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation in a 34 page document received by the DCF hotline on February 18, 2005 and February 21,2005 and forwarded to DCF Suncoast Region Office, whereupon an investigation has been commenced.

14.a. Termination of the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo would hamper the investigation into abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation allegations, many of which have previously gone on uninvestigated by the governmental agency charged to conduct such investigations, i.e. DCF.

b. Termination of the life of Theresa Marie Schiavo would prevent investigation into her surroundings and circumstances by creating a mootness under the Adult Protection Statute and thus divest DCF of its jurisdiction to detect, correct and protect vulnerable adults from abuse, neglect and/or exploitation.


Failure to file proper guardianship plan or report and the impact upon the health of the ward.

Current confinement issues at the ward’s residence

Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship

Denial f access to legal counsel on different occasions is a supervision issue never previously investigated and goes directly to health decisions.

Lack of communications/visitation is a maintenance of mental health and supervision issue.

Denial of legal notice to ward or ward’s own counsel

Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed.

Lack of manipulation of the ward’s arms causing severe contractures.

Additionally, there are allegations that CCF has investigated that have been closed as unfounded. While DCF stands by its past decisions, it nevertheless reserves its rights to review any updated or relevant information in the full fair and final determination of this matter given the totality of the circumstances.

The courts determination that it has reviewed some or all of these facts does not relieve DCF from discharging its investigative duties.

When and investigatin of abuse, neglect or abandonment is commenced, the victim’s legal counsel is entitled to a copy of the abuse report pursuant to …

Additionally, in the event that adult protective services are necessary, legal counsel must be appointed.

Given the nature of this proceeding, DCF moves this court to appoint legal counsel for Theresa Marie Schiavo in the interest of justice and in fulfillment of statutory references.

I demand to know where the human rights and women’s rights groups are over the case of the Floridian woman Terri Schiavo. Where are her civil rights? Did she loose them the moment she could no longer audibly answer or respond for herself?

Why do human rights organizations stand and give tirade after tirade to defend the war criminals at Guatanomo Bay, but where are they over a woman supposedly living in a Persistent Vegetative State (PVS) and her rights? Why haven’t the women’s rights groups spoken out against Terri’s “estranged” husband, Michael, who wants to pull the feeding tube and let his wife die a slow death of dehydration and starvation? Shouldn’t Michael’s desire to have his wife die be classified under- spousal abuse?

Truly, if this case is a reflection of how Americans are moving forward in handling bio-ethics then we are all screwed.
