Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I had a discussion with someone who pulled the feeding tube of a parent. How do you explain he/she starved his/her parent???? I attempted to but it wasn't easy. Furthermore, that person was convinced the only reason people keep the tubes in, is to get the SS checks of their loved ones. That person made the same accusation of Nancy Reagan....now come on, with all her money did Nancy need Ronald Reagan's SS check? It's an argument that is completely irrational. But it' easier to believe such irrational arguments than to believe you starved a loved one.

Attorney Gibbs is really pushing this.

He said someone sent him this info over the internet who had read the decision and caught that Greer had made a huge mistake in dismissing the testimony that Terri had opposed the ending of life support by Karen's parents because Greer concluded, from using the wrong date, that Terri would have been a young teenager at the time and would not have known enough to have an informed opinion.

Gibbs knows that Greer will rule as he pleases, but he said if this were a criminal case, it would be overturned for reversible error. He is pushing this like gangbusters.

Of course, the public in general doesn't know what Gibbs is talking about. They do get the idea that Greer made a gigantic factual error in the case, and that is good for them to know.

I believe it does matter, because Greer MISTAKINGLY thought Terri was around 11 or 12 when she made the remark about Quinlin to her friend, when she was actually an adult.

I take this to mean that Greer based his ruling on the fact that Terri was a minor when talking with her friend, when she was actually an adult.

I understood that. I was answering your question "How do you explain...."; the quotes in my response were to suggest what you could say to such a person. Your angle is a good one, except that this particular person knew what he/she was doing. One of that person's responses to me was, "It was time (for their parent) to die."

If they understood from the get-go that what they were seeking was nothing less than cold-blooded murder, then mustering sufficient contrition to achieve atonement will be very difficult. But in that case, their heart wasn't hardened by their actions--it was pretty stony to begin with.

If they kinda sorta felt that it was wrong, but didn't think it was really murder, then you could focus on the fact that they'd been duped into thinking it was only kinda sorta wrong, and at least some of their sorta-loved-one's blood was on the hands of those who duped them.

You made disparaging remarks about him, or so it sounded to me. You think only if he is protested heavily in Tallahassee is there a chance he will do what you want. And I do not understand why you care if it is Jeb or the DCF, as long as she is protected.

I am not able to read every word that you post. My time is severely limited due to circumstances beyond my control. My impression was very clear that you were disparaging Jeb, or were sympathetic to others who were making extremely disparaging remarks. If untrue, I recant anything inaccurate I have said.

BTW, it is a free country, for any who want to go after Jeb, that is their right. All I did was predict that in his own careful, considered way, I believe he will do something if he feels it is necessary.

P.S. The Schindler attorney said when she quit that she was glad she wouldn't have to roll this stone uphill anymore - referring to Terri as a stone, I guess. I was very offended by that!!!

The "stone" wasn't Terri. It was Greer's heart. And "stone" seems like as good a term for it as any.

No, I meant it doesn't matter whether she was 18 or 19. Please go back and read my posts. I originally read she was 19 in 1982, but she had to have been 18.

18 or 19 is a big difference from 11 or 12, the difference between a child or an adult I well understand THAT.

I had picked up during his interview tonight that Attorney Gibbs said 1976 when he should have said 1982, and mentioned it in a previous post. Thank you for reposting the testimony from Terri's friend, though I was already well aware of it.
