Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I transposed the parts of the DCF COMPLAINT I thought were the most relevant:
Please take notice that on or about February 18,2005 and February 21,2005, DCF received reports of abuse, neglect or exploitation involving allegations related to Theresa marie Schiavo.
Such reports and written attachment thereto raise approximately 30 detailed allegations of abuse, neglect or exploitation in a 34 page document received by the DCF hotline on February 18, 2005 and February 21,2005 and forwarded to DCF Suncoast Region Office, whereupon an investigation has been commenced.
Failure to file proper guardianship plan or report and the impact upon the health of the ward.
Current confinement issues at the ward’s residence
Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship
Denial of access to legal counsel on different occasions is a supervision issue never previously investigated and goes directly to health decisions.
Lack of communications/visitation is a maintenance of mental health and supervision issue.
Denial of legal notice to ward or ward’s own counsel
Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed.
Lack of manipulation of the ward’s arms causing severe contractures.
Additionally, there are allegations that DCF has investigated that have been closed as unfounded. While DCF stands by its past decisions, it nevertheless reserves its rights to review any updated or relevant information in the full fair and final determination of this matter given the totality of the circumstances.
The courts determination that it has reviewed some or all of these facts does not relieve DCF from discharging its investigative duties.
When and investigatin of abuse, neglect or abandonment is commenced, the victim’s legal counsel is entitled to a copy of the abuse report pursuant to …
Additionally, in the event that adult protective services are necessary, legal counsel must be appointed.
Given the nature of this proceeding, DCF moves this court to appoint legal counsel for Theresa Marie Schiavo in the interest of justice and in fulfillment of statutory references.
Greer has also appointed himself guardian of Terri's rights, remember?....which is a huge conflict IMO

I would liek to say to everyone who has begged and pleaded over the years to have DCF investigate, or the police, anybody other than Judge Greer, YOU WERE RIGHT!
That first DCF invetigation was obviouly a sham, why did that get stuffed again? I can't remember? Did the lawfirm for the first DCF contribute to Greer's campaign?
Finally someone other than Judge Greer is stepping forward, with the proper authority, and this I hope and pray is the break Terri needs and deserves. Extra prayers for the Schindlers at this time.
Finally somehting is happening BEFORE the feedig tube is removed.
They'd *have* to in order to get Terri. After "Terri's Law" was enacted in 2003, the last time the tube was removed, the doctors didn't automatically reinsert the tube. There was fighting behind the scenes to get them to actually do it.
Of course, rescuing Terri in that manner requires "shoot to kill." The enemy is vicious.
That document is a testament to all that have courageously and persistently worked on Terri's behalf lo these many years without fail.
And that means you too, TEJ! It is certainly a breakthrough. Let's see what Greer does with it!

I cna't wait to read the 34 page complaint that was sent to the hotline.
I think there is something in that part about the Experimental Medical Procedures that we don't know about. My gut is telling me that is something more current, not the brain stimulator effort Michael tried for Terri. The reason I think so is because it says that there was experimental medical practice performed and it needed legal approval. I jsut wonder what that could be?
yes, the fight was at the hospital with Felos telling the doctors and nurses that they better not reinsert that tube or he would sue the hospital...but then somebody higher up the food chain called the hospital personnel and made them understand that they better reinsert it right away or else and I forget the or else but it may have been that the hosptital funding they count on would be cut off

MSM [Main Stream Media] I don't think that they can do a d*mn thing with this to hurt Terri, the guts are in that 34 page complaint and the DCF wisely didn't show all their cards to early. Hmmmm O.C. Greer must also be wondering what is in the 34 page hotline complaint. All he sees to rule is what we see. I don't see how he can deny a 60 Day Stay. Although I don't expect him to appoint cousel for Terri, he turned that one down cold when Gibbs asked for it in January.

The doctors and nurses knew that she was having major contractions in her arms and hands and even though HINO ordered no rehabilitation, letting her go is just plain unethical. But then she had been incarcerated at the hospice. Do you guys remember the complaints on that hospice a couple of years ago....snakes and rats getting in and roaming around....what a nightmare!
Where is Cheryl Ford a registered nurse? According to the State of Florida, there is no license for Cheryl Ford RN. There is a 'Clinical Lab Supervisor' 'SU' license, but no 'RN' license. Can this be explained?

With all the publicity, it is difficult to see how GREER could rule against this DCF complaint. It would appear too biased and self-serving.
