Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?
1. LOBBY TO SAVE TERRI
2. HELP BUMP THIS THREAD.
3. POST ARTICLES YOU SEE ABOUT TERRI.
4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.
THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO EVERY DAY, THE PAY ISN'T VERY GOOD BUT THE FRINGE BENEFITS ARE THE GREATEST. You are Great Americans and liberty is Terri's and freedom from oppression. Freepers, that is the big payoff if we continue our daunting task.

WOW is this a great document!
The nest part for me is that Terri has to have an Attorney. Watch Felos voluteer and Greer appoint him Attorney for terri. I wouldn't put it past this judge.
The other part I found so interesting is that the complaint says that the DCF is investigating Michael not following Guardianship Rules. They say even though you are the Judge, w also get to investigate.
Well theya re sure to win on that one because Greer has let him slide on filling out the annaul guardianship plans.
I wonder what is in the 34 page faxed allegations to DCF that started the investigation?
The other smoking gun might be experimental medical practices performed on Terri. Wonder what that is?
Good thing her parents have persisted in visiting their daughter. They must have seen things that have not been previously reported. Gonna quit now and go back and re-read.

Bush should still send in the HIS state's national guard to remove Terri Schiavo from the facility---and state.
It's an experimental brain stimulator that was implanted by Dr Yingling shortly after her collapse (2 yrs?). Schiavo took Terri to California for it.
There was never any followup done on it. Dr Hammesfahr complained that it could cause serious infections if left implanted.
I'm with you on the DCF motion AND the new proposed law. It's GOT to work .. AND I HATE COMPUTERS AND COMPUTER PROBLEMS ;(

Ok, this hits on the what they will be looking into but what they will release tomorrow will have the specifics and the complaintants/witnesesses....is that correct?

Greer agreed with the media outlets that the DCF document should be public, saying "no showing has been made that closure is necessary in order to comply with established public policy or to serve some other compelling interest."
He also said there were no longer any privacy concerns relating to Terri Schiavo in the widely publicized case.
DCF spokesman Tim Bottcher said the agency was reviewing the decision and had no immediate comment.
Attorneys for the Schindlers and Michael Schiavo did not oppose opening the DCF documents.
The issue has become politically charged and Bush has said he is searching for a way to keep Terri Schiavo alive. DCF's attempt to intervene in the case came last week as Greer moved to set a date for the tube's removal.
Michael Schiavo's attorney, George Felos, said DCF's last-minute action amounted to "political arm-twisting." He said previous investigations of abuse allegations against his client have failed to turn up any evidence. Michael Schiavo denies ever harming his wife.
Earlier Thursday, Bush said he wanted the petition to remain sealed.
"The law says that these are confidential, for a very good reason," he said. "Abuse cases, if every one of them were open, you'd know who was making the claim and it would have a chilling effect on people calling the hot line, which we want them to do. ... The judge has the right to open the case in unique circumstances, so I'll leave that up to him."
