Terri's Freepers,
Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.
What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.
Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.
If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.
A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.
Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.
What can we do?

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.
5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.
6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.
7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.
8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.
9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.
Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

I got the goosebumps too. I wanted to share that exciting "hair on the back of neck standing up" (in a joyful way) feeling with others.
A judge released the DCF document seeking intervention in the Terri Schiavo case. She's the brain-damaged woman at the center of a "right to die" battle.
The department of children and families document names Michael Schiavo as responsible for the mistreatment of his wife. The nine complaints cited are very technical. They essentially claim the abuse or neglect of Terri is in the form of the kind of medical treatment Terri is, or in some cases is not receiving.
The complaint accuses Michael Schiavo of:
1. Failure to educate using certain therapies in violation of guardianship
2. Experimental procedures performed without proper medical and legal procedures observed.
3. Lack of manipulation of the ward's (Terri’s) arms causing severe contractures
Circuit judge George Greer says he will make the document available to the public tomorrow. Greer ordered Terri Schiavo's feeding tube be removed march 18th.
All of it, and you are right about the wishy-washy part.
So far I haven't really seen him take a passionate stand on anything.
I mentioned the Presidential thing as there was a rumor floating that he might try to seek the nomination.
If I were him, and I had his track record....nooooooo.

I said it before. No more new laws. In Terri's case, we already have a ton that are being ignored/violated, and the AG won't do crap.
In your post where you discuss Michael's inconsistencies, this part-
You see, the place where she was kept would have been liable if she had died in that manner. So they would not have followed Michael's orders to let that happen to her, and Michael himself could have been criminally charged if he were responsible for letting her die that way.
My Reply: I couldn't agree for certain on this. All the previous affidavits etc. I have read indicates that Michael was a real tyrant with nursing staff. Has anybody that you can recall ever disobeyed a health care order from Michael, unless it came from a Judge?
Ah ha! I didn't know who Lauren O'Connor is, either. I received the same email today, also. Well, we know from the news that Jeb said he'll do everything within the law. And everything else in the email is blah blah.
We also know that Jeb either will have guts and save Terri, or he'll do a "Pontius Pilat." It remains to be seen, and Lauren O'Connor's previous lies have no bearing on that. But I realize that the mention of her is making you angry, and believe me, I feel EXACTLY the same.
DISABILITY-RIGHTS ACTIVIST, ONCE CONSIDERED 'A VEGETABLE', JOINS FIGHT FOR TERRI SCHIAVO
LOS ANGELES, USA, March 3 (CNA) - A disability-rights activist, who was once dependent on a feeding tube and considered "a vegetable" by medical professionals, has joined the fight to save Terri Schindler Schiavo and hopes to visit the 41-year-old disabled Florida woman by mid-month.
Kate Adamson suffered an acatastrophic brainstem stroke in Los Angeles in June 1995 at the age of 33, which left her in what is now being called "a locked-in state" for five months. She was totally paralyzed and unable to communicate, but she could see, hear and feel and she was fully conscious, like Terri.
While doctors said Adamson could not be saved, her husband insisted that she receive rehabilitation therapy and treatment, unlike Terri's husband, Michael Schiavo, who has denied his wife treatment for more than a decade.
Now, at 43, the mother of two is fully functional, except for some paralysis on the left side of her body. She tours the country to tell her story and speak about the sanctity of life. Adamson believes the campaign to defend Terri's life has a large impact on all of society.
"This is not just going to affect Terri, but a lot of Terris," she told CNA. "This (the outcome in Terri's case) will affect a lot people's lives."
The New Zealand native believes Terri's condition is being widely misrepresented. In an effort to clarify Terri's condition and urge others to join the fight to save Terri, Adamson has made several television and radio appearances, often with Terri's father, Bob Schindler.
"I have a unique understanding of what Terri is feeling. I could feel everything that the doctors did to me, and I could do nothing. I was at the complete mercy of others, and they couldn't hear me," said Adamson.
Kate also has a unique insight into what it is like to be starved. While in her locked-in state, she experienced digestive problems, which led doctors to stop her feeding tube for eight days. She remembers the pain of being withheld nourishment.
Adamson is in the midst of making travel plans to visit Terri in Florida, March 12-13, a few days before Terri's feeding tube is to be removed by court order. Her publicist, Wanda Sanchez, told CNA that a request has been made to Terri's husband's lawyers to visit Terri, but Adamson has not yet received a response.
While Adamson is unsure whether she will be permitted to visit Terri, she hopes to meet Florida legislators and to share her story.
"God has brought me back for a purpose," said the Christian woman. "For me not to speak would be a betrayal of that gift."
"I pray that God will soften hearts to see the woman (Terri) lying there and see someone who deserves a chance at life, even if she doesn't respond the way we want her to respond," Adamson told CNA. "I'm praying the judge's heart will be softened."
"God is in the business of miracles. Everything hinges on him right now," she said.
Adamson's efforts to date have resulted in thousands of responses from people who agree that Terri deserves a chance to live, reported Sanchez. These people have been encouraged to contact legislators through phone calls or letter writing and make their voices heard, said Sanchez.
Adamson has documented her story in the book she authored, called Kate's Journey.

I wonder why the newspaper didn't print all 9 allegations?
It appears to me that they read all 9 and then just wrote up theri summary. I hope the heck a lack of a wheel chair is in there, and keeping her prisoner without ever getting to leave her room is in there. Those are 2 that especially make me mad.
That's the thing he had implanted by Dr Yingling and never had a followup on I'll bet. Dr Hammesfahr has been VERY vocal about it. AND the damage it can do as to causing infections.
As good as that short bit reads, it still doesn't sound like Terri will be saved unless he can be removed as Guardian. IF there's enough, that might happen.
