Judge George Greer denied Terri's parents' Motion for a Stay to protect their daughter's life while there are still pending issues in this LIFE AND DEATH MATTER. In addition the Department of Children and Family Services made a surprise visit to the court hearing the other day and asked Judge Greer if they could approach the bench. Judge Greer denied DCF the opportunity to speak. DCF asked for 60 days to conduct a complete investigation of allegations that have surfaced in the form of a Complaint to their agency.

What was set in motion instead? On Friday, February 25th, Judge Greer REFUSED TO issue another Stay because he was "not comfortable" issuing a say to protect a Ward of the State but instead "set a date certain" (on his calendar at least, not on mine) to BEGIN THE BARBARIC, ANTI-AMERICAN, STARVATION-DEHYDRATION SLOW MURDER OF TERRI.

Attorney Gibbs for Terri's parents held a press conference after J. Greer's order that was so tastefully written to indicate that "he was giving the Schindlers until March 18th so they could "prepare for Last Rites." Attorneys Gibbs called this ruling and prior rulings "Hitler-resque". Indeed.

If Judge Greer wasn't LEGALIZING EUTHANASIA in his courtroom, why any need for Last Rites? Greer's urgency to fulfill this killing places urgency on every one of us to lobby Governor Bush, Florida's House and Florida's Senate.

A Judge in America is ordering the manner of someone's death, a disabled woman who is healthy but needs rehabilitation.

Time is short so we don't really have time to get into Greer's mind to see why he is Florida's Til of the Hun.

4. VISIT PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND VIGIL WITH US AT HOSPICE WOODSIDE.

5. VISIT TALLAHASSEE AND LOBBY IN THE HALLS OF THE LEGISLATURE.

6. HOLD A DEMONSTRATION AT THE GOVERNOR'S MANSION.

7. Join the Message Board that freepers started at the Crystal Cathedral/Hour of Power. TELL YOUR CHURCH ABOUT TERRI.

8. Tell your friends that Terri is alert and aware of her surroundings and to visit www.terrisfight.org to see her videos.

9. PETITIONS. We will gather current Petitions here for you. At this time, you can sign a SAVE TERRI PETITION AT www.renewamerica.us. THERE ARE ALSO IMPEACH GREER PETITIONS ABOUT.

Finally, the Pope has no Living Will. He will be SAFE as long as he stays away from George Greer's courtroom. The Pope is in our thoughts and prayers and he knows of Terri. He wants Terri to be freed from oppression and from a painless death by starvation-dehyration.

It is AMAZING that the self-serving hearsay of Michael Schiavo is ALWAYS to be believed, but the hearsay of Terri's family and friends is NEVER CREDIBLE.

That's right! At some point, Greer mentioned in his decision that Terri's utterances as a teenager had no bearing on what she would have wanted as an adult. (First off, may I say BS to that idea!) But as an 18 or 19 year old, Terri was legally an adult. He has had such faulty ruling on this from the get-go.

IMHO, Greer would do well to reverse his decision at any point in time, because he would not have Terri's blood on his hands. Each time a motion comes before him, he has an opportunity from our Lord to restify this abominable situation. The longer he stays his current course, the harder it will be on him.

One day, all these people who wish for Terri's death may be begging for mercy in the afterlife. Anyone remember the story of Lazarus the beggar?

Thanks for organizing the prayer chain list. Just a little clarification, though, Mountain Time is two hours earlier than Eastern and Central is only one hour. 10 a.m. Eastern = 9 a.m. Central, 8 a.m. Mountain, and 7 a.m. Pacific.

Clearwater, FL September 16, 2003: Supporters of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation have uncovered a possible link to collusion in the legal proceedings involving attorney George Felos (representing Michael Schiavo) and the neurologist Dr. Peter Bambakidis (court appointed, independent, examining physician).

During the 2002 trials, the court ordered that two physicians would be chosen by Michael Schiavo, two would be chosen by Bob and Mary Schindler (Terri Schiavo’s parents) and one would be appointed by the court as an independent examining physician. All five physicians would later give testimony to the condition of Ms. Schiavo. The independent physician, Dr. Peter Bambakidis of Ohio, would testify in favor of Michael Schiavo in that Ms. Schiavo was in a persistent vegetative state and without hope of recovery.

Supporters of the Terri Schindler-Schiavo Foundation have learned that Dr. Bambakidis and attorney George Felos may have had a personal relationship prior to Dr. Bambakidis being assigned to the case on April 24, 2002.

I am trying to find that link that leads to the question that asks, was the law changed reguarding the starvation of patients because of the Terri Schaivo case and did Judge Greer order her execution before the law allowed him to do so?

Making Food and Water Life Support: Who had the law changed and why?

The Hapless Misadventures of the Pinellas County Court System keeps getting stinkier and stinkier and scarier and scarier. Michael Schiavo's attorney George Felos took his case and then filed the petition to introduce HB 2131 in 1999. Then the law in Tallahassee gets changed. Then the Schiavo case gets heard. In that order.

In April 1999 - House Bill 2131 was introduced in the Florida legislature by the Florida Elder Affairs & Long-Term Care Committee to amend Section 765 (Civil Rights) of the Florida Statutes. The amendments to Section 765.101 were the legal definition of "life prolonging procedures" to add: "INCLUDING ARTIFICIALLY PROVIDED SUSTENENCE AND HYDRATION, WHICH SUSTAINS, RESTORES, OR SUPPLANTS A SPONTANEOUS VITAL FUNCTION". It becomes law on October 1, 1999.

Who lobbied for changing the law to make food and water be defined as "artificial" life support in 1999?

I'm reading through some articles online, and I came across one at MSNBC. ( http://msnbc.msn.com/id/7067347/ . I don't know if this page will get updated, or remain the same.) There's a section on the page for rebuttals. I just have to give the "Idiot of the Day Award" to this bimbo.

And Joelle Tisch in New York City on the family of Terri Schiavo's attorney, David Gibbs:
"I'm sickened by the comments David Gibbs keeps making comparing the removal of the feeding tube from Terri, a brain damaged woman, to the Holocaust, using terms like Hitleresque and gas chambers. This is a sick woman who will never again live a normal life and he's comparing her to millions of healthy people who were killed simply because they were Jewish."

I'm sitting here laughing at how stupid she is, in spite of the fact that it's really sad. I'm also laughing at the irony, though that's even more sad. This bimbo is running around loose, and demanding Terri be killed for what she perceives as Terri's lack of intelligence.
