For the freedom you enjoyed yesterday...
Thank the Veterans
who served in the United States Armed Forces.
Good morning Troops!
Themeless Thursday Feb. 24, 2005!
We're in the clouds today!
Clouds are interesting!! There are many kinds of clouds.
Behind this cartoon cloud are Lenticular Clouds.
Some of us are in the clouds most of the time. I'm sure writer 33 would attest to that as fact. Of course, he would be thinking about the Queen of no Theme, bentfeather.
Many of our FReepers are pilots, they love being in the clouds.
On this day... Operation Desert Storm Ground Campaign Began (1991).
Learning more about clouds.

No, you're not the only vet that feels that way. I feel the same. However, you and I have enjoyed our freedoms because of those that went before us. The guys and girls that are serving now will feel the same way when their children and grandchildren are out there protecting this great country.

first....thank you, El Gran, for your service.
and, second, I am not miliatry, but from what I've heard from other military types of that era, you are not the only one who feels this way.

E...((HUGS)) I've missed catching up with you the last couple mornings. Plain vanilla weather lately, but we really really need snow. How is the Motel 6 doing?

I like Crossing Jordan, but I always forget to watch it! I am not sure why. My husband likes it too--hmmmmm! Think he has a crush on Jordan!

Right-click and "Save Picture As".....just make sure you remember where you save it.
I have created an "IMAGES" folder under the "My Documents" folder with sub-folders named "BMP," "JPG," "GIF" with both "ANIM" and "STATIC" under the "GIF" folder.
I don't save them in the "My Pictures" folder because that is reserved for personal stuff like family pictures, etc.
As I save each file I save it to the appropriate folder.

All of our guests have gone back. Dad is up and at 'em but it'll take a few days to get 100% of his energy back. We went to town to get some stuff for the dog and also to file our tax returns.

The news just had the forecast for today. The high was 61 BEFORE the front hit. The temp has been dropping ever since. 51 now and in the 40s tomorrow AM.

Hey there. I slept right through it. I opened the door this morning to cold and wet weather. Bummer.
How are you?

Thank YOU my friend.
I believe this is long overdue. I noticed the petition site was down this morning. Apparently this happens with them from time to time. If anyone wants me to sign for them when it comes back up just let me know.
God Bless
