In-store video of a two separate assaults. The perps make a lovely, gracious couple, don't they? Who wants to guess their political affiliation?
Below, I have it separated here from the link.
Actually, I didn't see anything in the store that looked like it could have been used as a weapon. What about shame? Could these patrons have been shamed into action?
Bump again. This is the most dramatic statement of the world we will be leaving our children if we don't win the fight against the Godless left.
I went back to look at the story again. The felony assault occurred at 2:30 in the morning. That was one crowded pizza joint for 2:30am!
I am guessing that most of the patrons were tired, drunk, hungry, and already living a life of being inherently stupid. So seeing violence like that simply reminded them of any violent movie they could have seen that night. They were probably in no shape to fight a 300 nutjob, and never thought of interferring with the "movie" happing in the store.
That hand gun was NOT illegal. He recently moved from Florida where the hand gun was registered, and he had not registered the gun in NYS. He was in the process of filing papers when the robbery happened. I also think he had to spend a weekend in jail for the 'offense'.
,,, surely the guy who got smacked over would have had some car keys on him and the reach for one good shot. If that slob tried that on me I'm sure I could have motivated myself to at least take one of his eyes out.
What happened is that a few fat dopes stood around watching a man get nearly beaten to death. Be glad that wasn't you in that place.
It would take BUCKETS AND BUCKETS of Saliva to give somebody AIDs via spit.
I didn't excuse them.
,,, I sort of worked out what was going on.
Look carefully and you'll see that he's bulk. He's not particularly fast with the punches. I guess once the guy who was hit worked out what was happening, he was too late to respond.
What a bunch of PUS-IES! Even in limp-wristed Seattle people would've intervened.
I heard it.
You don't have the URL to actually download the video, do you? I'm on a dial-up, and the video stops every few seconds to buffer the video....
You seem pretty certain that the gentleman was trying to legalize his ownership of the handgun in NYC so maybe I'm wrong.
I thought it was impossible for all but a very few to get a NYC permit to own a handgun (not concealed carry, just to own). Did this guy have any chance of getting an NYC handgun ownership permit?
He has a much better chance than me. He's ex-navy. Not sure what happened to his case though. The way the DA went after him was ridiculous. All they had to do was look up his registration. That whole case was bizarre.

Help!!
I've scrolled through all the posts and haven't seen
...
WHAT SENTENCE DID THE GUY GET??
...
You seem to be moving from honestly inquisitive to merely contentious. Maybe just assume that 7.62 has thought out the consequences of his concealed carry.
I, for one, would feel better knowing that a decent person around me is "carrying"....
Four years in prison I believe... I'll see if I can dig up the article.
