If I was her I would be looking over my shoulder for Scarpinos friends. My friends would have beat the snot out of her by now if something like this had happened to me.

She will get whats coming to her eventually. A personality like hers is toxic and attracts trouble. Eventually it will find her and she will be just another statistic.

Well I don't know where it is that you live but where I live it is always on the news. Black churches, ACLU and black politicians all jump into the mix to declare it a hate crime. But only when the victim is black. When a victim is white there is silence. It's not a conspiracy, it is an outright inequality of justice.

This was a simple assault and battery by the crazy woman, and aggravated battery by the male thug.

Hate crime is PC thought crime and ought not exist. But since it does, this sure does qualify.

What I mean is, I've seen white people do the same, but it's been around other whites. But when blacks do this, it is ALWAYS a white or Asian or Latin person they are yelling at, and often they are displaying for all the non-blacks watching.

Well, the same applies to many Nuyoricans as well, but otherwise I agree. Hell, my current gf was jogging here in Seattle and someone called her a "white faggot."

I was once called a "Batty Boy" by a group of Flatbush street urchins while waiting for the subway at Grand Army Plaza. I winked at them and they seemed to get a kick out of it. Threw them off guard.

Well, I made a BIG mistake during an earlier subway incident. This little Nuyorican thug wannabe came on the train rapping to himself. There were only two of us on the train and I looked at him as he continued to ramble on and on and made the "crazy sign" (circular finger around the ear). Well he saw me, proceeded to sit in front of me, and tried to get a rise out of me through some more mental/verbal mumblings his partially functioning brain.

When he got off the train, I proceeded to sarcastically wave goodbye to him. He responded by throwing his snapple bottle directly at my face. I'm lucky that it was thick glass, otherwise I might be missing an eye today.

Moral of the story: ignore others on the subway and don't try and be a wiseass with the mentally challenged.

Boy ain't that the truth. Once when I was in Chicago area I took the train downtown. During the return trip this black guy come on and sat down in the seat in front of me. Almost immediately he turned around and asked me if I had a cigarette. I gave him my standard reply, "no, sorry I don't smoke". I noticed he had a single cigarette that he was fumbling with in his hands. He turned back around and put the cigarette behind his ear. Not 30 seconds later he turned around and went into some kind of anti-whitey rant. In Texas, subways and commuter trains are rare so the experience had me out of my element so to speak. Anyway, he stood up and I did likewise as I didn't want to be caught sitting down if he went postal on me or something. He stared at me for a short bit and then bent over an picked up something off the floor. When he returned to the upright position, it was as if it were the first time he had seen me. He asked me if I had a cigarette. I again gave my standard reply. He sat down and I followed. By this time it was dawning on me that this guy might not be all there. My suspicion was confirmed when he turned around and said something seemingly derogatory that included the phrase effen "white boy". From that point on I simply ignored him. For the next 20 minutes or so when he would turn around and mumble something to me or at me I would simply stare right through him. Had it not became apparent to me that he was unstable then the situation could have quickly gotten physical. Thus was my lesson learned.

In most state prisons, he'll do 2/3's time. That means out of 48 months, he'll do 32 months, which is 2 years and 8 months.

Since this is clearly a hate crime, where's the mandatory 5 years tacked on????

People in general anymore are pussys. Recently by me a "kid" went into the mall with a semi automatic rifle and began firing. A "man" claimed he followed the shooter (only 5-10 feet behind him) throughout the incident. The "man" says he was waiting for a good opportunity to grab him. Only after all the ammo was spent(with two people shot including an Army reservist) and the "kid" dropped his weapon and put his hands up to surrender did the "man"(with the help of three others) do anything. The newspapers gave him the title "HERO". I am a correction officer and I have to fight these "mutts" every day and occasionally run into them out on the streets after their release. (I live near N.Y.C.) I carry a gun wherever I go just in case. Over the past 30 years this country has really been "wussified"....You know the funniest part about this Jones guy is that when he gets to the State prison he'll turn into the whiniest little bitch you've ever seen!

Hate crimes are only for white people.You hardly ever see a black person with a hate crime.When a "black"says "black power"or something like that,it is a sign of soldarity or loyalty.If a white person says "white power"he is a "racist"Why the double standard?
