President Bush traveled to New Hampshire, continuing his "educate America" plan regarding Social Security reform.

Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan spoke before the Senate Banking Committee hearing, urging a go-slow approach on personal Social Security accounts, saying that while he embraces the idea central to President Bush's proposed overhaul, he is concerned about stability in financial markets. [I translate this to be good news.]

Dr. Rice testified in the Senate regarding the Secretary of State's budget.

Is this Tim Penny the Democrat former Congressman? Glad to see Dubya has him on board. I remember Penny and John Kasich working together to try to rein in spending. It was frustrating for both of them.

Just got in from dad.....Sure did miss the dose....Got two to catch up on.

He had his stitches out and we ordered new glasses for him...His were badly scratched from the fall....But for having his nose broken in two places, he was in better shape than expected.

We had two very delightful days. Got lots of errand run, watch a ballgame on TV and of course listened and discusses all the FOX news programs.

He received a very nice picture of RR in the mail today. Went along with the "t" shirt I got him from 0cents.com. It has a picture and "God Bless Ronald Reagan" on it..Was very pleased with it.

I wondered the same thing. I don't know anything about the fellow W mentioned in his recent speech as being for Social Security reform but the name sounded the same.

What it chatter in the US about the "explosion" in Iran. First it was reported as missile attack then an oil tanker from an Iranian aircraft and now supposedly it was gas explosion this sounds very suspicious to me.
