I wondered the same thing. I don't know anything about the fellow W mentioned in his recent speech as being for Social Security reform but the name sounded the same.
To post photos on the Internet that are now on your PC, sign up for a web storage space such as (the free) http://www.photobucket.com ,
follow their instructions on how to upload photos,
then look under the thumbnails for the tag line that has the < img src="http://img75.exs.cx/img75/4104/nelson9xy.jpg" > type information.
Just copy and paste the tag info into FR's Post Reply window and you are on your way to Internet fame and stardom as having conquered photo posting!
