I just heard Tony Snow say he has colon cancer.
Prayers on the way that he be healed quickly and completely.
Sean Hannity once said there is not a nicer person in the business than Tony Snow. He is well thought of by all, liberals and dems.
Now that I have XM I listen to him every morning. Sean was not exaggerating. Tony Snow is one of those rare birds who is what he seems. No one can fake the graciousness he displays.
I wish him well and pray for a complete recovery.
I have great respect for you sir, and I miss you on Sundays.
Many years ago my PoP was diagnosed with the same malady. I swear that the Doctor was not alarmed and he assured me that this was something that is not ordinarily to be overly concerned about. Simple words I know, but it was quite reassuring to me at the time.
Prayers up for you!
I asked my Doctor that question and his reply was that if you have the non-invasive scan and there is any question about the results you're going to get the colonoscopy anyway to verify it.
Good luck from the Big Sky. Hipshot said a prayer!
Get well soon. We need you back. Who else can get away with looking/listening to Bill O'Reilly like he's been in a room all day with a quart of Jamieson's..?
If that is the case, then it would not be unexpected.
Wishing you well for a speedy recovery.
We love you and miss you on Sunday mornings!
Prayers for a complete healing and complete recovery!
Get well, buddy. We're all behind you.
I have XM also - what station (by that I mean channel number) is Tony on? I keep mine on FNC. thanks in advance
Whenever news such as yours hits hard, I'm always struck by what poor tools words are to convey real meaning. You have my prayers and very best wishes for a full recovery and continued long life. Your family has my prayers for the strength it will take to help see you through this ordeal. You've got a lot to live for, so fight it hard, man, fight it hard.
Tony, your warmth and sunny good humor have been a bright contrast in the TV news business to the stuffy, vaguely arrogant attitude displayed by more typical network news anchors. There's someone over on CNN now, Rick Sanchez, who reminds me a little of you in that he always has a ready smile, and always looks like he's having fun doing his job.
I miss you on Fox News Sunday, and I'm at work when your radio program is on in my locality. So I only get to see you on weekends now. You never disappoint.
Please hang onto your natural sunny disposition as you go through surgery and recovery. I'm a cancer survivor also, so I know from personal experience that a good attitude helps the healing process tremendously. Please take some comfort in the knowledge that you have millions of fans who love you and will be cheering for you. Best regards always, Wolfstar
BUMP
Good luck with it, TS.
Cheers.
Prayers for good doctors and God's healing hand (not in that order.)
"ASK" which is (let me run get my guide)......165
He is on 9-12 Eastern
Mike Gallager follows, but I usually listen to Rush on the "old" radio.
Man, we get spoiled quick.
Most hearfelt wishes for a full recovery.
May the good Lord be merciful and give you strength in your time of need.
Love to you.
Prayers from our family for a complete healing, Tony. May the Lord comfort you and give you peace of mind while He works His miracles.
Many blessings to you and yours,
*G*
A close friend of mine had it, she has been cancer free for 5 years now. I wish you my best for a speedy recovery!
