Diana was a whore.
I wouldn't go quite that far, but I am rather concerned that you and I are in agreement. Not something which I expected.

"Diana was a whore."
I'll concede that she went thru with the marriage knowing Chuck didn't love her, which certainly makes her a gold-digger, but I think the whore part only came later.
Charles needed to marry a virgin and Diana qualified.

Diana was a whore. I'm glad for you that you have your life mapped out so successfully that you'd never succumb to adulterous affairs while your spouse carried a torch both emotionally and physically for another. I'm thrilled your head was tied on so tight you would never have fallen for the 'fairy princess, lived happily ever after' story. Not to mention the stresses of living in a fish bowl. Me? I prefer to hope I would have carried on with a stronger sense of morals and would have found away to hold my head high while being surrounded by protocol, infidelity and a loveless life. To each his own.

Agree, Diana was at least a ditz. I'm happy that Charles and Camilla can at last tie that knot Though they're old and frayed, they still care for each other and should have been married before Charles married Di. QE2 had her royal scepter in that rotten decision, much to her dismay a few years later when Diana turned out to be a passive-aggressive bi-polar lowlife determined to bring the House of Windsor down to suit her personal need for revenge against poor Charley who always wanted Camilla. Phew!
