Sometimes the "Latest Clips" page is changed rapidly when new, breaking items arrive.

The Iranian government is beyond idiotic. This is why democracy is so important. This garbage will go out to Iranians without any rebuttal, something that won't happen in a free society. I only hope the average Iranian is more intelligent than to believe this BS.

Just when you think that they can't possibly say anything more completely, breathtakingly insane than they already have, they pop up with a new, utterly ludicrous surprise.

The sad thing is that there are millions of people who actually believe this sort of drivel, and so we must remain forever vigilant.

One of the Iraqis actually woke up to find himself in a bathtub full of ice in a hotel room.

Yanno... you're giving me ideas. We should start concocting stories and calling them in.

President Bush has ordered all US bullets to be dipped in pig fat before shipping to the Middle East.

Ariel Sharon is Karl Rove's gay lover.

US troops are spraying chemicals in Iraq that cause Arab men's testicles to shrivel.....

Y'all get the idea. Let's start calling them in to MEMRI and see how many of them we can get on air.

ROFLMAO...thank you! I thought I was the only one picturing that. Maybe someone can PhotoShop some Marines pulling a Wurlitzer Fun-Maker with Percussion & Rhythm behind a Humvee and e-mail it to these clowns.

ROTFLMAO!  Actually, a better plan would be to phone them to the Iranian Government...it's they who are dispersing this insanity...MEMRI is merely translating the official positions and statements of the Iranian and other Middle Eastern 'governments' and making it available to English speaking audiences.

Where's the one that says:

"Mohammed's clone reveals Saddam Hussien's secret UFO Diet."

Or:

"American robots masquerade as dogs to control your thoughts through street lamps."

I only hope the average Iranian is more intelligent than to believe this BS.

My understanding from Iranian acquaintances is that there's a lot of telephone and email discussion between family members in the States and in Iran. Also surprisingly a lot travel, with U.S. relatives visiting "home" more often than one might think.

That sounds pretty much like the situation with Vietnam. Everyone from Hue to Ca Mau knows from their wide interaction with expatriate relatives now in America, France, and Aussie, that the Hanoi government is a lying sack of s**t.
