A Warren County elementary teacher faces a maximum 100 years in prison if she's convicted of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old boy.
Only news two was in Fentress County as 27-year-old Pamela Rogers Turner was arrested and charged with 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape. District Attorney General Dale Potter said that Turner, a physical education teacher and coach at Centertown Elementary, had an ongoing sexual relationship with a male student. Potter said that some of the incidents even took place at school and at the boy's home, where the teacher reportedly lived a short while.
"Most of the time, we try to prosecute them as harshly as possible when it comes to sex crimes involving children. As far as this case, we intend to prosecute it to the fullest extent possible. As far as saying that she will get an x amount of time or anything like that, that will probably be determined by a judge," said Potter.
Yep....that part of Tennessee can get ruff. I had a nice little dust up in the Pikeville Subway(sandwiches obviously) myself a few years back.
Well, mine was a Cuban goddess who got me on a Latina habit that I have not been able to shake more than ten years later.
All us Mid-Tenn freepers apparently saw it...she had on her Britney hat.
Her picture appears that she is blond only for the moment, so I think the hair color is not an issue here.
Just be glad that you were never a victim of one of these child molestors when you were a kid.
I wouldn't exactly call her husband a dog either.
"What happened to the teacher?"
The State of Texas revoked her teaching certificate and she went to jail. IIRC, she also lost all of her teacher retirement benfits.
Badda Bing Badda Boom. Rodney was great wasn't he? I miss him.
My 7th grade music teacher saw me walking home from the bowling alley on saturday afternoon. She was a Sophia Loren voluptuous ethnic (for Mississippi) looking single hot mama of around 30 and drove a Caddy convertible. She stopped and offered me a ride home....I was so nervous.
man....the look on all my leave to beaver pals when she pulled up to let me off was priceless....i caught a glimpse of garters and hose.....black skirt/white blouse....I can still see her plain as day.....man....those were the days....I was 12. ....and fit to be tied.
BTW: Your screen name gives me dirty thoughts not yet provoked by this thread.
hair color is rather fluid for most women over 25 in the South.
women here don't go gray like in Massachusetts.
my 72 year old mom has sort of copper hair.
I never had anything like this happen to me but my 5th grade teacher was a real hottie and drove a Jaguar convertable. She took quite an interest in me and gave me special tutoring in science and math after hours. She often drove me home later.
Hers was the only class in the school that fathers would be sure to attend open night. And they'd never ever forget to come to the year end Hawaiian themed event where she did a hula in a grass skirt.
There was a case like this here in West Texas in the late 70s. A 24 year old first grade teacher was caught in the act with [more than one] boys from the same system's high school. Her parents were fairly prominent people and she lived with them in fact. A brief investigation determined that she had made a practice of this for almost 2 years. Today she would be prosecuted, but things were different then. The superintendent gave her a choice of resigning with a favorable reference, or having the whole case revealed to her parents. She went to another school district, eventually married a local guy, and is still teaching today in yet another West Texas district. How do I know all this? I was the security guard at the motel where this happened and had to sort out the uproar when the parents of one of boys barged in on them. I eventually got to know the irate parents pretty well during the aftermath and still stay in touch with them.
All people who become teachers have to student teach before they graduate,or the used to.And if you got a really bad grade(yes,we were given a grade and it was worth almost an entire semester's course of 6 classes!), you weren't allowed to graduate with a BEd.,nor take a teaching job.It could also lower your GPA to such an extent that it kept you out of grad school.
he may be available now..lol
No,but so what?
