They are on the lam. THey will certainly be captured. I understand these vermin do not have happy jail experiences, although I suspect prison is nothing new to these monsters.

Lot's of people are accused of child abuse with the flimsiest amount of evidence which turns out to be false or overstated.


I think it's safe to jump the gun on this one. The kids didn't pull each others' toenails out.

What I'd like to know is why disgusting details need to be the headline.

Or even reported in the news.

Why is anything vile... the more vile the better... good for ratings?

Is it because there are many who are drawn to want to pour over details like this?

I think there are... I think there are a significant crowd of news-watchers to just love to lap up disgusting news. Especially if a young woman, or a child has been a victim of something horrible.

It's news-porn. Pornographic and horrific news for those who would never be caught dead watching horror flicks or porn, but love to be outraged at it on the news. They can't get enough.

Where were caregivers who failed to recognize obvious abuse long ago or, even, the neighbors who must have turned a blind eye to the agony these children were enduring?

There weren't any caregivers. And these kids never attended school. And the neighbors never saw them.

They weren't children, they were inmates.

Perhaps you are right but I just find it hard to believe that, unless they lived out in a VERY secluded part of the Country SOMEONE would have seen something. Seven kids is, in my mind, an almost impossible thing to hide, even in the most secure of situations.

How could the state allow two scumbags like this to take seven children into their home?A similar case in Connecticut was exposed when neighbors found children eating out of their garbage who looked like corpses.They were so starved over the years that their bodies were deformed by stunted growth and they had facial features and the internal organs of an elderly person.The two foster parents were both fat slobs who looked like they never missed a meal.I don't know what happened in that case but I hope the prosecutor didn't go easy on them like the media because of their race.
