Please email him at stephen.hunt@fcps.edu to thank him for having the guts to tell the truth.
That's a load of crap. Homosexuality is completely a choice.
Silly School Board Member. Who told you that the purpose of school was to teach young children the truth?
You will suffer greatly for your mistake.
Shalom.
Brave man, but I'm sure this is a career limiting move for him. The gay activist establishment cannot allow a diversity of views on the morality of homosexual activity to get to our children.
Well done, Mr. Hunt. Stick to your guns. You're about to become a national target for persecution by the Gaystapo.
Some facts:
Average life-span of a gay male: 44 years
Average life-span of a gay female: 49 years
% of gay men in the general population: 1.8%
% of HIV carriers that are gay: 60%
% of gay men that contract venereal disease: 75% (vs 17%, general pop)
% of gay men that contract a VD annually: 40% (vs 2%, general pop)
% of gay men who are addicted to drugs: 51% (vs 7%, general pop)
% of gay men who have a major psychological disorder: 40% (vs. 3%, general pop)
% of gay men who are infected with:
Amebiasis: 35% (Inflamation of the rectum)
Giardiasis: 20% (chronic diarrhea, nausea)
Gonorrhea: 60%
Shigellosis: 15% (colonic and intestinal ulcers)
Chlamydia: 10%
Syphilis: 30%
"Crabs": 69%
Condylomata: 60% (anal warts)
Scabies: 22%
Herpes: 15%
Hepatitis A: 16%
Hep B: 27%

AIDS: 10%
Seems to be a pretty safe lifestyle to me. References available upon request, of course.
It's sad that it's news when someone speaks the truth. The Homoactivist lobby has had tremendous success in making most people afraid to speak the truth. It is way past time to counter their glorification of a diseased lifestyle with a dose of the truth.
Thanks for posting his email....sent him a note of THANKS for standing up to the radical, homosexual agenda. The truth needs to be told...no matter how non-PC it is.....

DID it, gieriscm! What a great man Mr. Hunt must be!
IN THE WORLD WE LIVE IN TODAY, LITTLE IS AS REFRESHING TO FREEDOM OR TO THE SOUL AS ABSOLUTE TRUTH!
IT HAS BEEN SPOKEN, AND IT'S ONLY GOING TO GET LOUDER!
\ 'Sabout time!

A thought I had yesterday... if posting the Ten Commandments is the "establishment of religion", then isn't posting/teaching/endorsing/presenting gay material a state's "establishment" of a lifestyle, as well? Isn't creating a sexualized work atmosphere (also known as sexual harassment)? And since children are involved...
If the students are allowed to hear both sides of the story, the truth will prevail.
When's the last time the WashPost characterized, say, the National Organization of Women as a "liberal group"?
"Thank you so very much for your support regarding allowing all sides, especially the ex-gay perspective, to be included in the discussions on homosexuality that occur outside of the FLE curriculum. It has been a great encouragement to receive your emails especially in light of the hatred that has filled so many of the emails from the contrary view. I apologize for a generic email response but I received a great many emails and have not had time to reply to each one individually. Mr. Rigby, a homosexual activist and FCPS special education teacher, has informed the school board that he will be bringing a group of his supporters to address the board on this issue at the regular school board meeting on this coming Thursday. If you are interested in attending the meeting to show your support for free speech and the respect of differing opinions, the meeting starts at 8pm and is at Luther Jackson Middle School (3020 Gallows Rd, just north of route 50 on Gallows Rd). If you are interested in speaking, the speaker sign up begins at 7:30 and will probably fill up very quickly. If you are interested in speaking you might contact Kathy Stohr, who has asked for anyone interested in speaking to contact her. Her email is in the cc line of this email. Again, thank you for your support. Sincerely, Steve Hunt Still Fairfax County School Board Member, At-large
