More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

AGAIN WE HAVE A NEW RECORD: 15,103 views on the tote board for the Terri Schindler Schiavo January Daily Thread!
The most significant event in Terri's case in January, was the Supreme's Courts refusal to hear Governor Jeb Bush's appeal, after the Florida State Legislature struck down Terri's Law. This once again places Terri's life in extreme jeopardy, though there are other issues regarding her case before the court.
Someone here said that Jeb Bush is asking for ideas to save Terri.

I called and asked him to put Terri in protective custody.
"In Florida and most, if not all other states, Dental Hygenists are not permitted to perform surgical procedures such as pulling teeth and there is no program where they are trained to. Dentists pull teeth- not hygenists!"
Thanks for checking, even though your reasons may be to put down Terri's supporters, we don't want to start any false rumors.
However, there may still be some truth to the information provided by Floriduh Voter. First, of all, someone may have gotten the college name incorrect. Second, this is a 4 year dental hygiene program so they are more advanced than most dental hygenie programs. I don't think they would allow them to pull teeth either (I don't know for sure), but the program does say they study peridontics. They may have been part of a group that watched a dentist perform the extraction so that they could study and take care of the gums afterwards. I still want to know who performed the extraction and if they gave Terri pain killers and if they could hear her screaming as reported to Floriduh Voter.
Maybe some of the dental students will come forward.
It certainly does make one wonder whether to stay. There is a battle to be won right now. We've got to hold down the fort!
The above boldface raises an excellent point. When he found out about all the broken bones, why didn't Michael bring it to the attention of the authorities? The fact that he didn't, in addition to the very existence of the broken bones, very much implicates him.
Just called Jeb's office...they are very nice over there today.
I just called Mr. Hatches office. I had to call twice because I forgot to mention some things. There might be possible federal investigation but it is unknown because they weren't being very forthcoming. I left my name the second time. First time said about her being held in Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. for 5 years. She's not terminal and that she is on Medicaid. Second time to give my name and say Hospice is violating Americans with Disabilities Act in which expressly prohibits denying a substantially disabled patient in the United States of America nor permitting the authorization of any representative or Guardian of an individual with a disability “to decline food, water, medical treatment, or medical services for that individual” There was a different person the second time.. said he would relay it to the Senator but that he had to go.. basically cut me off so I couldn't read the Section numbers of the Code itself.
You can tell by their lack of action just what they really think of their own tests. If Terri is functioning so much higher than the tests would lead you to believe, they would be convening studies on her right now. Offering Micheal so much money he couldn't resist.

I said he should CALL A PRESS CONFERENCE. He's certainly within his power as governor to do that, and if he exposed even just the facts of which there can be no doubt whatsoever, he would quickly find a supermajority of people on his side.

Isn't the Madd Italian a restaurant in the area? It used to be one, IIRC! Didn't Michael work there for a while? I remember reading that name of a restaurant in 2003 when we did all this investigation about Michael. I can't say for sure, but I've got strong gut feelings going on here in my tummy right now! Is it possible that Michael worked with one of Jodi's brothers years ago, and then Jodi and Michael met up at some point? Michael may have been two-timing Terri for quite some time. This is definitely something to look at if we can get Terri a reprieve!
