It is now 3 am in Iraq the polls will be opening in the next few hours as the world watches and hold's it breath. Iraq is about to undertake a historic vote.
Lets wish them well....... please post all comments and election photos to this thread.
That was from last year!
I always thought he was a blue in sheeps clothing.. i guess he has a change of heart when he can see it first hand.
I am loving the reporting!
Yeah I get CNN International too
I have admit it kick both Fox news and MSNBC in the state I been cruise to Sky news it pretty cool coverage so far
I'll take my blue Sharpie to task.
haha.....you can party in SF with the gang and laugh at some of the weirdo's. We know where to go and where not to go.....just don't let anyone push your STOOL in for ya....LOL
That was not a current event.
He just said how after Saddam's dictatorship, how this is "inconceivable." "extraordinary" "the dawn of a new day"
"The terrorists are going to lose".
Geraldo is totally inspiring. I'm really enjoying this!
"Casualties" doesn't necessarily mean deaths. There were, I think, 4 or 5 people injured in that explosion.
FOX News: Allawi is expected to vote shortly
Me too. Geraldo is a trip. Love it.
Denny Crane: "I want two things. First God and then Fox News."
Wouldn't it be something if the bomb bursts didn't deter the voters but instead increased the turnout.
I was just outside having a smoke break (yeah, we have to go outside here, too LOL) and heard another explosion that was rather close. Dont have any details on that one yet.
It has clouded over outside, but as long as it doesnt rain, people will go vote. Even if it does, I dont think that will stop them. (We hate it when it rains because this place turns into a giant, slimy mud pit.)
He was like this when our guys first went into Iraq...the very same, proud man of our military and what we were doing there. As enthusiastic, IMHO.
Ummm... not.
I heard the same report you did. I took it to mean that olling place 303 IS the Western Baghdad location, where the suicide bomber was stopped at the checkpoint, killing the policeman, who has been the ONLY casulty.....according to Shep.
I wonder if President Bush is up watching the coverage. If so he must be proud.
