Bush is not a late night man... even when he won the election he went to sleep before 2:00am..

As much as I think the President loves this whole process, from what I've read about his bedtime hours....he's long asleep, lol!

President Bush isn't a night owl. I'm sure he'll be briefed in the morning. You can bet he'll have a statement to the Iraqi people tomorrow. :)
