Shepard Smith just reported other casulties at other locations. "Casualties" doesn't necessarily mean deaths. There were, I think, 4 or 5 people injured in that explosion.

According to CNN in Sadr City a police man killed and 4 civilians.
In Mansour one policeman killed 5 people wounded.
