Excellent - #755. The Democrats, as do all totalitarian tyrants, hate freedom because they fear free people. Brutality to them is simply a necessary evil to keep free people in check. This is why Saddam's atrocities mattered not one bit to them. This is why children being thrown in prison, men being put through shredders, and mass killings which filled mass graves make absolutely NO DIFFERENCE to Democrats. Their only objection is likely the publicity that these deeds received. Better they be kept quiet.
To Hitlery and her goose-stepping Kennedyite friends - hear the ROAR of free people and be afraid, be very afraid.

To paraphrase Tiny Tim, "God bless them, every one." Sixty percent turnout! Absolutely amazing! And Americans stay home if it's raining, or cold, or... How many of us would vote if we knew there was a chance that we'd be killed for voting? and consider, if you will, the courage of the men who were frisking people at the checkpoints and polling stations, knowing that anyone of them might be wearing a vest lined with explosives? It may not be the end of the problems in Iraq, but it's within sight.

A Michigan Iraqi on Fox & Friends this morning told of calling his aunt who walked 25 miles each way to vote, dancing and singing the entire way. Geraldo had a picture of a lady going in to vote with a target painted on her back. The will for Freedom is Amazing.
Pray for W and Our Troops

Ted Kennedy is quite insistent on an exit strategy for Iraq. Perhaps he wouldn't mind sharing his exit strategy for Chappaquiddick?

Everything is conspiring today to make me cry my eyes out. I want to mention Marine Ben Carman of Jefferson, Iowa, who gave his life for his country and to give the Iraqi people a shot at freedom, too.
I gratefully salute him and the others who have fallen, along with their families.
And to all the wounded who will bear the scars of battle for the rest of your days:
To me, those scars are of the same kind as the eternal scars my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ carry in His Hands and in His side...
Amen, and well said.
...well, so much for maintaining my composure at work...
