I agree w your great points. I'm thinking that they may be doing it to also marginalize her 'power' and the Bush administration in the world (w the leaders, etc. she'll be working w). Which is stupid, and IMHO somewhat anti-American, but that's never stopped them from doing/saying things before.
Well, it's not like I needed a tutorial on leftist racism. I'm well aware of all of that and was opining on Biden's comments specifically. I could well be wrong, but I look at how that particular fool speaks to everybody.

A clip in "Taking on the Kennedys," filmed by director Josh Seftel, captures Rep. Patrick Kennedy, D-R.I., getting physical with security guard Della Patton as Patton was loading his luggage into a scanner.
Dr. Rice is a very smart, mature woman who can take care of herself. She's dealt with much more important and dangerous people than the Senate Democrats. She'll be fine. The Democrats, however, are only digging themselves deeper into the hole they began while x42 was President. I think the Republicans in the Senate are only providing the shovels.
Jim Nicholson's hearing for Sect'y of VA is on CSPAN 2 now and Osama Obama is questioning. Geez, are the Dims trying to push him or what? 2 fairly high profile committees as soon as he gets in the Senate. My, my, you don't they're trying to 'groom him' and get him in front of the cameras just a little for '08 or '12, do ya.
If everyone is sure that Rice will be confirmed easily when the vote actually occurs, isn't it no less than anti-American sedition to continue to try running her reputation into the ground? Isn't this all just grist for the Al Qaeda mill that will be aired on Al-Jazeera? Oh wait. I almost forgot. These are Democrats whose raison d'etre is Anti-Americanism.

Who does a moral relativist think he's kidding when he waves a document that was only put into place to guard absolute moral truth?
He reminds me of other moral relativists in the Religious Left -- like Jim Wallis (Editor of Sojourners Magazine) -- who ask questions like, "Is Jesus a Republican or a Democrat?"
Only a shallow thinker like Bill O'Reilly would accept that false premise -- (like he did when Michael Moore asked him if he would be willing to send his son to die in Iraq)-- and then go on and attempt to answer it.
Like Hillary Clinton, who follows the "Rules for Radicals" tactics of her mentor, Saul Alinsky to the "T", Jim Wallis, would never ask people to answer this question:
"Is Jesus a moral relativist?"
The Marxist, Saul Alinsky, in his book Rules for Radicals teaches "organizers" that they must give a moral appearance: “All effective action requires the passport of morality.”
The tenth rule of the ethics of means and ends states that you do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral arguments ... Moral rationalization is indispensable at all times of action whether to justify the selection or the use of ends or means.”
Rules for Radicals provides the "organizer" with a tactical style for community organization that assumes an adversarial relationship between groups of people in which one either dominates or is dominated. ...."

We need our Republican Senators to stand up and recount all the ways in which Boxer is lying about this matter.
The families with kid serving in Iraq deserve better and deserve to know their children are risking their lives for a good reason, not for a lie.
And sadly, you're right. Truth is to Democrats what kryptomite is to Superman. They can't exist in the same room.
