Yes folks, I know it's a couple of hours away, but for you loyal C-Span listeners, the debate will be carried live on C-Span 2 today. Live streaming on C-Span 2's server for those of you with high bandwidth carriers.
Box-o-Rox has asked for a full hour in which to call Dr. Rice a lying slut. Meantime, the senior Senator from the state of West Virginia has brought some friends of his down to testify to Rice's unfitness for her office:
Other Dhimmis have asked for time to object to Dr. Rice as well. Meantime, I wonder if McCain or Hagel will actually rise to her defense?

Regarding Evan Bayh, I was shocked when he said he would vote against Condi. I have never really been a fan of his, but I thought he was more like Lieberman than Boxer.
I guess Hillary is paying Boxer, et al., to go off the deep end, yanking the party hard left, so she can give speeches about finding common ground about abortion. yuck!

I think the Republicans made a very nice 4th quarter comeback in the Senate today. Meanwhile W is unveiling his new domestic policy advisor (young black man named Claude Allen, Duke Univ international law degree, UNC political science and linguistics degree).
Hillary's paying.....that's my take on it....Look and see who is talking and who's PAC she has contributed to....

chris, I forgot to mention that on DU there is excitement at the emergence of Dayton as a possible presidential candidate in '08.
Oh, you're kidding. Well, those people are just the gift that keeps on giving aren't they. Running Dayton for anything other than towel boy in a whorehouse is like running Heinrich Himmler for the board chairmanship of the U.S. Holocaust Museum.

One point..Boxer's daughter and Hillary's brother divorced a while back..the marriage only lasted two years...and there as a great deal of acrimony in the split..
