After Clinton signed the Iraqi Liberation Act which called for regime change, Kerry went on the national news shows.
He called for American boots on the ground to force regime change and when asked about the UN he responded that it would show leadership if Clinton did the right thing, regardless of the UN.
Kerry also had some harsh words for our "allies" in Germany and France.
How times have changes, huh?
