I thought that type of Statemanship was lost in the Senate. Glad I was wrong. Put Warner out there more often.
If you've ever been to the chamber, you know that most of the time it is practically empty except for the speaker and his or her aides and maybe the next speaker, and those in the chair and administrative folks.

Definitely we should all e-mail Warner's office to thank him for standing up and being counted. And we should not forget to thank his staff for doing the work that put the teeth in his speech.
