Harry's or "Harvey's"? From what I remember, I'm not allowed in Harvey's anymore!

I'm going to try to check out as many spots as possible; someone's gotta do it! There has to be a place which meets Freeper wish-list: convenient to the Reagan Building and hotels where participants are staying; has room for us to spread out our paperwork but allow large group to sit together and won't cost anyone their firstborn to have a cocktail. CARRIES FOX CABLE NEWS in their lounge area and they won't try to throw us out right away if we are too loud!!! Must have at least one "Cheer" from Kristinn!

Will publish my findings asap.

Thanks for posting that; excellent lineup. Can't wait to hear Michele Malkin. She is never boring. And the "Swifties"! Excellent.

"I'm not following you around."

Oh, okay.

"I came into the CPAC thread because it is a luminous annual conservative event and I know that FR has been an active participant over the years. And whattayaknow ... there you are making yourself the center of the party."

LOL. Add jealousy to your list of things to whine about.

"I found it ironic considering I've observed your most recent ill-conceived campaign targeting an individual who happens to be a featured event speaker and admired Conservative stalwart. Yes, stalwart."

Now add your ignorance of the facts to the list of things to cry over. LOL. CPAC 2 or 3 years ago was the biggest Bush bash that I had ever seen. Almost every speaker spoke against him for his failure to adhere to conservative principles.

Do you have any appreciation for the free exchange of ideas? Do you ever make any sense? Will you ever grow up and stop worshipping politicians? Why do you fear criticizing them?

"How'd you swing that great rate? Offer a back rub or three to the reservations department?"

It is a great rate, but it is only good for Friday night. I tried to extend it for a few more days but was unable. I figure that rather than let it go just yet, I'd offer it up to anyone who might just be coming down for Friday/Saturday and going home then.

I did offer them backrubs, but they told me that they weren't allowed to accept gifts and suggested that I give them to someone from Florida instead since they have to endure the cold DC winter weather.

I just don't know how I'll ever find anyone from Florida so that I can keep my end of the bargain. Do you know anyone from the Sunshine State? ;-)

What a lineup of conservative leaders!

You said it, NautiNurse! Best CPAC lineup I've seen in a couple of years...

Hey, my friend! Are we all getting together pre-event?

We're all flying in on Wednesday so as to be there in time if we are...
