>> This could prove to be very interesting - this area is a big Dem stronghold.

St Louis is small potatoes compared to the city of Philadelphia, which routinely has more democrats voting than registered voters.

Always thought it was not only ironic, but AMAZING too, that the Officer family business was a mortuary.

I mean, you can't make that kind of stuff up, can you?

Man, **I** can't. If you can, G-d bless you for your cleverness!

Yep. 17 years' worth of ''transition'', this time. Prior to that, 24 years' worth. Prior to THAT, yet another 16 years' worth.

Notwithstanding, G-d bless my old friends Fence and D.J. (not surprised he retired after his treatment at the Bears' management's hands, btw).

Keep laughing smart guy. When the RATS steal an election that's important to you like they have in the Washington state governor's race, we'll see how funny things are for you.

Not laughing at stolen elections, and not unsympathetic to the situation in WA. (What happens up there tends to affect us down here, just as I am sure the reverse is also true.)

Just suggesting that we might want to be careful of the 'unintended consequences' of our solutions. The hair on the back of my neck always stands up whenever people start talking about 'national ID cards' and such.

Sorry if I wasn't clear.

Qattoum's words remind me of story on one of those cop video shows: There's one of these planted cars on the street. The cops have it wired up with interior cameras, and remote control devices to shut down the engine and lock all the doors so they can't be opened from the inside.
Black dude appears at the driver's door window, tries the handle, it's open, and he gets in. He starts the car..maybe the keys were in it..and drives away. About two blocks later, the car stops, and he can't get out.

The cops unlock the car, and while he's being handcuffed, his voice is heard exclaiming, "Hey, y'all, I didn't have nuttin' to do wit' this!" 50xROFL

ATTENTION BEER DRINKERS!!
Another reason to bypass East St. Louis:

On December 14, 1953, the Illinois Appellate Court made a ruling on the Heimsoth versus Falstaff Brewing Corporation case, a civil lawsuit that certainly made beer drinkers in Illinois take a second look in their beers before going "bottoms up!" This is one of those case studies that never come up at the De Paul College of Law.

Some background information on this important event in legal history that began in early 1953 in a small neighborhood tavern in East St. Louis, Illinois is certainly warranted before the reader passes judgement. What follows is a segment from the court's ruling, based on eyewitness accounts of this beer drinking travesty:

"The bartender said he took the cap off the bottle and when he took the cap off it was a live bottle of beer, made a popping noise, and foamed. Another witness confirmed the fact that the beer had foam on it and was a live bottle of beer. The bartender testified that no one tampered with the bottle during the six hours he was on duty, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on April 2, 1951.

The plaintiff testified that he drank about half a bottle of beer and as he was drinking it he felt a slime go over his throat and he immediately had to vomit. After he had vomited and come back to the table he asked a friend who was sitting with him, who also testified, what was in the bottle, and both he and the friend, and the bartender, and other witnesses, looked at the bottle and saw that it contained a foreign substance which was a substance often referred to as a 'rubber prophylactic contraceptive latex.'

The plaintiff, another witness, and three doctors, testified that plaintiff became ill and suffered nausea, sustained a fixation neurosis, and had considerable loss in his business as a result of having consumed the bottle of beer with the latex prophylactic in it."

It is my hope that this is evidence of a focused and concerted effort to clean up some of the cesspools of voter fraud in this country.

They must take one county/area at a time....Wish there was the manpower to do more faster....But they are working on it....IE the cases in Kansas City, where voters voted in both Kansas and Mo, the East Chicago cases, now St Louis. One of the things that hit me when I was collecting the voter fraud information before the elections was the number of situations being referred to people who could do something: FBI, prosecutors, grand juries.... Make an example of the ones they have good cases against, let folks know there are consequences to actions.....that there is a new sheriff in town. Hopefully things will start turning around.

What a sad place East St. Louis is.
I think I saw that even in the last 1940s (early 1950s) it was actually picked at
one of the best places to live in America. And there was some sort of plan
for a hugh project by visionary Buckminster Fuller.
Then the place just went straight to perdition.

I remember visiting in St. Louis in the early 1980s. It seemed like every
TV news reports had something about criminals making the drive over the Mississippi
to do robberies and/or murders in St. Louis.
