Maybe he can make ammends by finding all the ill-gotten gains and using them to buy back the Panama Canal.

"Did President Carter know he was dealing with an agent of Saddam Hussein or was he just terribly gullible?"

I vote for gullible. Very gullible.

"Did President Carter know he was dealing with an agent of Saddam Hussein or was he just terribly gullible?" asked Morgan. "And if he truly was naïve as to Samir Vincent's true agenda, then now is the time for him to come forward and repudiate Mr. Vincent and his actions."

Are you part of the problem or a dupe, Jimmy? Tell us and then say that what was done was wrong.

Again it is the "One of two things happened" outcome. Either the accused elitist is stupid and ignorant (unlikely) or it is agenda.

Big Bump. Keep this alive for tomorrow morning. If not, I'm sure the article will be posted many more times.

Carter needs to be brought up on charges of treason. Everything he does seems to be in opposition to U.S. interests.

For that matter, everything he does seems to be in opposition to the interests of anybody around the world who seeks the freedom we enjoy as U.S. citizens.

When he was President, I always thought he was a good man, but inept and naive.

I have come to believe that nobody can be as inept and naive as he appears to be, so I am starting to conclude that he is a actually corrupt or evil, posing as a good man.

No truly good person would run around the world attempting to prop up evil dictators the way he does.

Just you imagine if this had been a Republican former president--it would not have to be reported by WND, but would be non-stop in the NY Slimes (oops...that of course assumes the Slimes cares to report on the oil-for-food scandal).

Based upon an investigation by Move America Forward, it appears President Carter and his associates are among the former officials with whom Vincent collaborated.

"One of two things happened," suggests Morgan. "Either President Carter was totally duped, and allowed himself to be conned into working as an indirect agent of Saddam Hussein, or President Carter knowingly associated himself with a foreign agent who was seeking to undermine American foreign policy."

"appears" is the key word here.

Carter and his wife, Rosalynn, welcomed the Vincent-organized delegation into their home in Plains, Georgia. ... The Carter Center went on to become an ideological missile silo against any U.S. policies that were not favorable towards Iraq," according to Move America Forward.

Hmmm.

an interview by Carter and his wife in which he claimed military action against Iraq would be a "tragic mistake."

As opposed to Saddam's military action against his own countrymen, which obviously was a smashing success.

Based on what we are being told, President Carter has refused to speak to the media about his involvement with Samir Vincent. "It's kind of curious that a man like Jimmy Carter could be so verbose for the past few years in condemning America's foreign policy as it relates to Iraq. But now he is mute. It really makes you wonder what exactly transpired between Carter, his administration's officials and those who were working as Saddam Hussein's agents."

Will anyone coerce Carter to start talking? I wonder.

On the John Batchelor program WABC tonight
a story, related to this
by Eric Shawn of the Fox News Channel
who has been working on this
along with the magnificent Claudia Rosset
of the WSJ and the Sun newspaper.

"Who's worried now, who's on the 38th floor?"

"This is the largest grand larceny in human history."

A grand jury in New York has indicted an Iraqi-American
the same Samir A. Vincent mentioned in this article
who is co-operating in hopes of a plea bargain.

He was an unregistered lobbyist for the Iraqi government
he received money and passed money
millions
and has named a 'high UN official'
who received a very large bribe in 1996.

This is the first time on record
of another high ranking UN official
(the first was Benon Savan)
receiving a bribe.

(This official could not be Benon Savan
who did not join the Oil for Food Program until 1997)

Mark Melloch-Brown (sp?) of the UN just a day before
made a statement said that there is trouble coming
and there will be a major overhaul of the upper echelons
of the UN.

The grand jury also is investigating Kofi Annan's son, Kojo.

Expect lots of new developments soon.

'OIL' FEDS QUIZ KEMP

By NILES LATHEM Post Correspondent

January 20, 2005 -- WASHINGTON — Former Republican vice-presidential candidate and New York Congressman Jack Kemp has been questioned by the FBI in the U.N. oil-for-food scandal, it was revealed last night. Newsweek magazine reported on its Web site that the ex-Buffalo Bills quarterback faces scrutiny about his dealings with Virginia-based oil trader Samir Vincent, who earlier this week became the first figure to be formally charged with criminal wrongdoing in the $21.3 billion global scandal. The magazine identified Kemp as the former senior U.S. government official whom the feds said Vincent contacted on behalf of Saddam Hussein in an attempt to weaken and repeal sanctions on Iraq

In my opinion RATS are never gullible when it comes to dirty money. They know exactly what they are doing!

Look at Slick's record for more proof.

It's long past due for them to be held accountable for what they do.

Carter wasn't really involved with the oil-for-food program; he just lusted after it in his heart.
