No Nobel Prize winner is gullible. Like Jimmah, they are all anti-freedom, pro-socialism and always thieving. Jimmah is a traitor to his country and needs to be on a short rope!

Being discussed on F&F now, along with Jack Kemp. Actually they're talking about Kemp but I'm sure I heard them mention Carter.

I don't think the quest for money is in his makeup. It depends on whether or how badly he NEEDS money.

"Did President Carter know he was dealing with an agent of Saddam Hussein or was he just terribly gullible?"
Not so much gullible as arrogant.

It's no wonder Clinton has let it be known he'd like to be the next Secretary General. He knows how much $$ can be made in that job.

Dude's almost 90 I think. I don't need to see him being frog-marched, just to have him discredited and to have him SHUT UP would be enough. He was on Today yesterday, so offensive. Talking about his opposition to the Iraq war of all things.

One thing Carter is not is stupid. He knew exactly what he was doing. I used to be one of those who thought he was a good man, just misguided. I was wrong.

Well now....As the german soldier on Laugh-in used to say, "very interesting".
With this revelation, it makes me wonder what Chavez offered Carter to certify the Venezeula election?

The Carters are leftwing ideologues with Southern accents which can obscure that very truth.
They are also extremely focused on themselves and their personal pride, which they feel has been wounded by Republicans and Conservatives. Thus they are at war with just about all we hold dear. And they love to meddle in the international arena to reinflate their flattened egos. Very dangerous set of circumstances.
However, until we know how many Republicans of note this guy was schmoozing with, I suggest we proceed cautiously.
That said, it is good news that someone is on this case.

I wonder how much Annan has stashed away? Since Vincent is co-operating, I'd say there's an even better chance we're going to find out. And as far as Carter's concerned, last time I checked the Carter Center doesn't make a list of big donors available on its website. I wonder if any Oil For Food money made its way to the Carter Center?

A few weeks ago I read the new book The Real Jimmy Carter.
He is a mean man who even Time magazine said engaged in what we used to call treason.

There must be some list because there was an article a few months ago that Carter's Library (and Clinton's) accepted quite a lot of Saudi $$.
It was on FR but I didn't save it.
