There must be some list because there was an article a few months ago that Carter's Library (and Clinton's) accepted quite a lot of Saudi $$.
It was on FR but I didn't save it.
There's a list, but the Carter Center doesn't make it easy to find the info. I believe they're required by law to provide it if asked, but don't ask, don't tell I guess. So much for transparency.
