Egypt's Prime Minister Ahmed Nazif received on Wednesday John Kerry, the US Senator and former presidential hopeful.
In statement following the meeting, Kerry, currently visiting Egypt as part of his tour of the Middle East, said the meeting with Nazif dealt with Egyptian efforts in the fields of economy, trade and technology, as well as developments in the Middle East and Iraq.
For his part, Cabinet spokesman Magdi Radi said that Nazif reviewed with Kerry economic reforms which were being carried out by the Egyptian government.
During the meeting, Nazif highlighted the legitimate Palestinian rights and the US role in helping resume Palestinian- Israeli peace negotiations.
Meantime, Kerry admitted that the US committed terrible mistakes in Iraq. During a meeting on Wednesday with grand Imam of Al Azhar Mohamad Sayed Tantawi, Kerry regretted the difficult conditions in Iraq.
The Grand Imam urged all Iraqis to take part in the coming elections to be held on January 30. On his part, Kerry appreciated Al Azhar's prestigious position all over the world, pointing out that there was a common ground between Islam and Christianity.

MY LORD AND SAVIOR SHARE NO SIMILARITIES TO THE MURDERING SCUM OF ISLAM!!!
Are the people of Massachusetts so stupid that they don't know what a disgrace this person is? WHY do they keep returning him to office, and why do the rest of us stand for it?????

We have a United States Democrat Party that no longer cares about the price and value and work it takes to free others, so that they might enjoy a better life, nor do they understand how the prosperity and hope that freedom brings shuts down terrorism, which is bred through discontent and a desire for total control.
Instead, this once great party stood for American beliefs...now it supports those who want to strip our nation of its Christain beliefs, who want to degrade us to make themselves feel better about the amazing success of our nation, who want to smooze evil in order to garner popularity on the world scene.
This party woos popularity. It matters more to democrats what other nations think of us than doing the right thing to bring as many as possible into the wondrous world of freedom.
It bothers so called self described intellects that the French or the Germans or the leaders of Arab nations might not like us right now (but wait until they NEED our DEFENSE ABILITIES...lol)
Kerry should be over there talking of our long term goals, supporting our president, letting our troops know that they are doing the RIGHT THING and that we are PROUD OF THEM.
Instead...he gets his arrogant snotty face in the media once again (his intent) and makes a show of degrading our President's goal by accenting what he considers mistakes.
He has done it before...and he helped cause us to lose Vietnam...which in turn caused the DEATH OF MILLIONS as the communists overran S.Vietnam and Cambodia.......THEIR BLOOD IS ON THE HANDS OF OUR AGING MEDIA, JOHN KERRY and others who lost faith in the hard work it takes to FREE A PEOPLE.
Kerry is truly a shameful figure.

Kerry's problem in '04 was that he had to be both for and against the war in Iraq. Didn't wash. Freed of the last election, he's dropped the "for" part entirely. Meanwhile, all his '08 Dim rivals are back in DC busily re-running the last election. Kerry knows that's futile.

We dodged a large bullet by defeating Kerry at the polls last November.
The more I learn about Kerry, the more I shudder at the thought of Kerry having become President.
My older sister and her hubby are still in a love affair with Clinton. I had to listen to 8 years of it. Mind you, I kept my mouth shut at family gatherings, and feel like I still have to when they bash Bush. Except if I've had a few drinks that is. LOL when I get into a political argument - I can get pretty nasty but its just something about liberals that just brings it out. They seem to want to live in a Kumbaya world where everything is free and easy. No sense of reality or accountability whatsoever!
