Kerry has been absent from DC for so long that he has no clue what State Dept needs. We might as well send Sean Penn on a "fact-finding" mission instead.

The Junior Senator from Mass continues on his world tour. His continued absence from his real job as a US Senator only proves that he should not be a Senator.
I agree that he is meddling in foreign relations, while he should be back in his office.

I wholeheartedly agree. He may be a Senator, but there oughta be some rules of conduct or ethics to preclude him from traveling around the world trashing the CINC and demoralizing our troops.
