It was Chritine Todd Whitman's appointment to the E.P.A. that I critcized Bush for making during his first term.

Now it appears she's on Carter's team. That's is more fitting in my opinion.

Who appointed Cater to be our liason for world affairs? He was one of our nation's (if not the) worst presidents. Despite his non-stop self-promotion, it's my opinion he's still a squirrel of the highest order.
