I have decided to use my little old school desk as a phone stand in the Kitchen! They are so cute.. aren't they? I hope you are warming up over there.. I forgot all about snow. We keep thinking it is Summer- until I speak with my Mom and Dad ( In Michigan!! Don't say a word)
Say Hey to the Canteen! :)
I have a question maybe you all could help me out with:
I'm driving along minding my own business the other day when I turn on our Oldies station and they play a song that had the chorus "It's to late...to turn back now....I believe I believe I believe I"m fallin' in looooove". Sure enough, it got stuck in my head the rest of the day, so I'd like to know
a) Who sings it?
b) Can I hear it please?
Thanks. :)
Cornelius Brothers and Sister Rose, "Too Late To Turn Back Now."
Coming right up!
Thanks Jinxie!
Thank you for the request GOP_Raider!
Bundle up Fawn.
Tees underneath, a sweater and then a jacket. Be careful if you shovel. Pushing a shovel is easier than lifting.
Don't cook indoors with anything but sterno. A charcoal grill won't work as a source of heat or cooking in the house. (Actually, it will work for a short time and then the Carbon Monoxide will get you.):-}
( Even when I'm off duty, I'm on duty)
God Love you.
If I only had a dollar for each of my mistakes...
I pictured some really bulky boots or something for this time of year lol
Beautiful! I love John Wayne!
Thank you Diva Betsy Ross! And thank you Freeper in Iraq!!
Hey! Thanks Kathy!
Flame away.
my elvis story
The year before he died, he came to Fayetteville/Fort Bragg for a one night stand....that turned into a full week and I had a 3rd row seat...I kept trying to jump up and run so's I could get a smooch and a scarf....My husband was behind me and when I tried the last time, he was holding on to the back of my jumpsuit and ripped the zipper all the way down HAHAHAHAH I didnt care!!....That year I got a Christmas postcard from Elvis in his own handwriting after sending him copies of pixs from the show... he died not long after...we all had tickets for an upcoming show that year.. the money from our tickets we donated to a Heart Ward in his memory and you can visit it anytime in Fayetteville NC, at Cape Fear Valley Hospital....
there will never be another like him....Rest In Peace...
Does the end of his life have to spoil the beginning? How sad....
Afternoon tomkow...how are you and you and you and you and you?
Hope all are doing good!!
OMG! Thank you for sharing your story about Elvis.
Nope. There will never be anyone like him. That's for sure!
The man obviously had character flaws. Who doesn't? People have varying opinions about Elvis. That's all fine and welcome.
