BRONSON TO HEAR MOTIONS IN DYER ELECTION FRAUD CASE

On Friday, January 7, 2005 at 9:30 a.m. Orange/Osceola Circuit Judge Theotis Bronson will hear motions from WCPX Local 6 and the Orlando Sentinel as well as Orlando Mayoral challenger Ken Mulvaney regarding the closure of witness depositions and the release of a sealed transcript of the hearing that Judge Bronson issued a protective order preventing the deposition of Dyer campaign consultant Ezzie Thomas.

WCPX Local 6 filed a motion to allow the media and the public from attending depositions in the ongoing civil election fraud case filed by Mulvaney. The Orlando Sentinel has requested a copy of the sealed transcript. Mulvaney will file a motion to bar the Orlando Canvassing Board from expending tax dollars for Dyer's legal defense.

Mulvaney will also file a motion in support of the motions by WCPX Local 6 and the Orlando Sentinel.

The motions to close the depositions and to seal the Thomas protective order hearing were made by the Dyer legal team to prevent the public from hearing the testimony of Dyer campaign workers and consultants.

All motions will be heard at 9:30 a.m. at the Orange County Courthouse on Orange Avenue in Judge Bronson's Courtroom

You're right, it has been going on for too long.

This is the schlub that fired virtually every city employee except the gardners and the santitation workers when he took over.

He has his hands in everything now.

He's trying to get the city to annex part of Orange County that just happens to include Universal Studios and the county is fighting him hard.

He's trying to renovate the Orlando Stadium (Citrus Bowl) to the tune of $120 million or so, even when the main tennant, the University of Central Florida, wants to build its own, on campus staduim.

Oh, and he crossed the picket line the Orlando Police had set up at the John KErry rally just before the election. The cops are ticked and have been working without a contract for months. All the while Dyer is giving out big pay increases to his cronies he created new positions for.

He is a slimy Dem who slung a lot of mud at his running opponent using the RACIST card. It worked.
