It was last reported that there were 3,539 more ballots counted in King County than voters who cast them. The discrepancy is actually much larger.
The 3,539 is only the net. This comes from having roughly 1,500 more voters than counted ballots in some precincts, and about 5,000 more ballots than known voters in other precincts.
[This picks up where I left off in the post below about Precinct 3301. I can find only 41 precinct changes among counted voters in the Dec. 29 file since the Nov. 1 file and these appear to be provisional voters who corrected their precincts at the polls. Conclusion: in certain precincts there are about 1,500 more known voters who cast ballots that were accepted than there are ballots that were counted in the manual recount].
Bob Williams of the Evergreen Freedom Foundation brought to my attention several sections of the WAC that govern the canvassing boards. As I read the WACs, the King County canvassing board should not have certified its election without getting the count of voters to reconcile with the count of ballots, and that is something that they obviously have not done.
Among these: WAC 434-262-040
Verification of auditor's abstract of votes. The county canvassing board shall examine the auditor's abstract of votes and shall verify that all of the individual precinct and absentee ballot totals have been included in the abstract and that the subtotals and county-wide totals for registered voters and votes cast are an accurate reflection of the sum of those individual precinct and absentee ballot totals. [See the other sections in chapter 434-262 for related rules].
I suspect that the canvassing board simply checked the total number of registered voters on the rolls and not the number of voters who cast ballots. But that would be terribly lame if that's all they think they're required to do.
In any case, I would be very surprised if King County will be able to account for both 1,500 ballotless voters and 5,000 voterless ballots. The few explanations that have been offered, confidential voters and military voters, only account for about 100 and at most 200 voterless ballots respectively.

I realize this forum is just the messenger--but days and days of similar threads without any news of concrete action, plans, or court dates is like beating your head against a concrete wall.
Indeed, we've caught a number of Democrat vote fraud perpetrators - Slosberg, Becky Red Earth, etc, and they all manage to avoid jail time, so as long as it can't be traced to the Democrat party itself, why not engage in vote fraud?
I hear you ... the Washington State Message Board has lots more behind-the-scenes info. The sense I have is the state (and national) GOP is working every angle but due to the weird processes associated with the way this state counts and certifies votes, allows county election boards and state courts to change vote-counting procedures, etc., the GOP knows it has to have ALL its ducks lined up before doing anything.
Also, we are in untrod territory here. Nothing like this has been seen in our state politics. There is more than one option open to Rossi and he and the GOP have been smart to wait to see what the dems are doing before he acts. It's dominoes. If he strikes too quickly without enough information, he pulls a domino out of the line that could stop the collapse of the dem world of corrupt politics out here.
For example: he could ask Chris G. for a revote (tried that unsuccessfully, to no one's surprise); he can contest the election results but that couldn't occur till the SoS certified the fraudulent results; he can ask the legislature to determine the outcome (bad idea with a dem-controlled legislature); he can fight some or many aspects of this in court; he can ask for a revote; he can be at the head of a citizen initiative petition to the legislature to force a revote. Lots of legal research is being done; some of these things have to go in a chronology, and it wasn't clear at the outset what the state Constitution means exactly in regard to this.
There is also public opinion to consider. What good is pushing for a revote if there is solid evidence that 78 percent of the electorate don't want it? If waiting helps solidify public opinion against Gregoire, which is what is happening, then so much the better. Rossi has a certain number of days to contest the election. Those days are still ticking away and the GOP is using them to gather evidence of fraud or other vote irregularities.
I do know that Rossi and the GOP leaders are not sitting on their thumbs. They're gathering information and taking action as the path becomes a little less foggy. So I keep telling myself to be patient.
In the end, when / if Rossi gets a revote or other remedy to this fraud, he is going to be one very exceptional governor.
The Ukraine has greater justice regarding election fraud now than Washington State. It is all just so infuriating.
We had one of those in Maryland back in the 90's, when Parris Glendenning stole the gubernatoral election against Republican Ellen Sauerbrey. With DemocRAT majorities and DemocRAT judges, Ellen didn't have a prayer.
I suspect that this will be the case in Washington.
ballots are missing in Issaquah
the bastards
Sam Reed's life as a Republican is coming to a close as this thing unfolds.
If this is accurate, he violated the WAC in certifying the election.
Nice.
Yea, and until there are consquences for cheating, why change? It's worth the risk. We need prosecutions.
Won't get an arguement over that out of me, but it will take awareness and voter involvement to get it done.
I would be tempted to refer to Washington as "The Ukraine of the Northwest," but Ukraine straightened out its problem...
>We need to install the rightful governor, or FORCE the state legislators to call for a re-vote by physically making them do it.<
How does one go about "making them do it"? Has anyone else heard about a rally for Rossi in Olympia on the llth?
If so, please post time and place. Thank you.
There must be prosecutions. All these other issues are legitimate but this is not fair to honest voters and those working for their candidates. Elections must be kept honest. I have no confidence in our elections any longer and if fraud is suspected, it must be investigated and charges brought, if appropriate. The way it is now, there's very little risk to committing fraud. Why not do it, and I'm not necessarily talking about Washington. It's everywhere. This must stop.
>KING 5 News (Seattle local TV broadcast news) reported nearly 63% statewide and 59% King County polled want a revote....bottom line is the broadcast was pushing for a revote<
Halleluja! Best news I've heard so far. Prayers going up all over the state!
Have a look at the WA board, and you'll see what I mean...it's not just the FReepers pi$$ed; lot's of good info about what's going on in the state, but it has to start with awareness......for the first time in a long time, the voters here are awakening, and that will lead to changes (I hope), that may have an impact on the rest of the country.
Oh Shitte!
(But the press claims that she won!)
/sarcasm
What's Sam Reed's role in this?
A little piece of free advice....Get a pump shotgun (used if you can't spend a lot) it is without a doubt the best weapon to keep in your home for protection for a variety of reasons. Good Luck and safe shooting!
(4) The ballot counts are bogus.

Bingo! Four's the winner here (and all over the country.)
