The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.

Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.

More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.

Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.

Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.

Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

There was a rumor on the internet that Terri's sister put the spoon up to Terri's mouth but they simply asked the nurse. It's a slight inaccuracy. Someone asked me to clarify so I did.

It made it sound like they did something wrong. In either scenario, they were right. By asking the nurse to do it, and then getting turned in to the Gestapo for it, says it all.

gestapo is right. After Terri's Law BECAME LAW (before the judges struck it down), Terri's dad had to bend over quite far to talk to her BECAUSE SHE WAS HEAVILY GUARDED to say "You're going to get a big milkshake, Terri."

Emphasis on "heavily guarded". Law enforcement protecting a daughter from her father, mother, brother & sister who want to take care of her the rest of her life.

THAT THIS IS HAPPENING IN AMERICA SICKENS ME.

But, we keep going nonetheless. I did laundry today and have normal stuff to take care of tomorrow. Terri and her parents need lots of helpers and they say thanks to Terri's internet friends every chance they get.

Calling. Yes, some of them have heard from me to the point where I don't want to over-call them, right now once a week is adequate if other people are also calling and asking them to help Terri. FLA HOUSE, FLA SENATE, JEB BUSH STILL, EVEN FLA AG CHARLIE CRIST.

Do you know if there was any sort of appeal at the time about Judge Greer's comments in my post #2102 by their lawyers? He may of had the right to say it at the time he ordered the feeding tube removed, but he certainly would be biased in future proceedings by default. I am wondering if they have Elain type attorneys representing them?

THIS STATEMENT IS A LITTLE TOO DECLARATIVE AND CERTAIN FOR MY SENSE OF JUSTICE.

GREER: Greer’s statement, “the law of the case is that she is going to die”, is part of the court record. ......

The parents' attorneys have tried everything. Gibbs Law firm has been their counsel for quite some time. They are constitutional and religious freedom attorneys.

It's not that the Schindlers' attorneys aren't good, it's just that the judges are biased and Terri HAS NEVER BEEN REPRESENTED BY HER OWN COUNSEL which had been pointed out to Greer before and is being brought up again by Gibbs law firm. GREER REFUSES TO RECUSE HIMSELF and SO FAR, GREER HAS REFUSED TO REMOVE MICHAEL SCHIAVO AS GUARDIAN.

The Final Judgment to pull the feeding tube did not even say "until dead" which was pointed out by Jeb's attorney, Ken Connor. The feeding tube was pulled out per the FJ dated Feb. of 2000. That FJ didn't say what to do with Terri after the tube was removed. Gibbs law firm seeks to void the 2000 Final Judgment for various reasons.
