The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

I don't doubt it a bit! It disgusts me that so far none of our Florida media have wanted to touch some of this with a ten foot pole. You're doing a lot to help Florida and I'm very glad!!
Now would be a good time to start calling our Legislators, Florida AG, and the Gov sending them copies of the paperwork that pc93 obtained. They have been covering things up for a long time and the light is beginning to shine! Thank you God!!

Maybe some people don't understand what is going on and maybe some people don't believe they can really do anything to stop injustice. There are lots of maybes.
Yes, but your statement was that people weren't putting 2 and 2 together. My point was that with any judge who was actually following the law, there'd be no need to put 2 and 2 together, because removal of the feeding tube (but resumption of oral feeding) would not equal death.
I wish someone would prosecute Michael, Felos, and Greer for attempted murder, given that (1) the last attempt to starve Terri was within the statute of limitations, and (2) there is no statutory basis for denial of oral food and hydration.

Michael Schaivo ordered the feeding tube put into Terri, to insure that he would have a plug to pull!
I see: he really was planning ahead. I had kind of thought that he just began to improvise what he would do with Terri after he met the more popular Jodi.
I'm so sorry to say that I think she is. We had our annual "the Saturday before the SuperBowl stinks for sports" neighborhood cookout and "tailgate" party today, and of the approximately 20 people engaged in a conversation about the Schiavo case (of which I was a part--there were about 150 people there, but this was a smaller group conversation), there were only two of us who firmly believe that Terri belongs with her family and should be given the therapy and care that she has been denied by her so-called "husband." Of the rest of the group, there were about 8 who seemed to have done quite a bit of reading and reasearch about the case, and whose opinions were the absolute opposite of mine. And the remaining 10 or so people in the group really didn't know much at all about the case, and either didn't have an opinion (except several said, "I'm sick to death of hearing about it,") or expressed strong (and uniformly negative) opinions about the passage of "Terri's Law" and what they viewed as the inappropriate interference of Governor Bush and the Florida Legislature in the case.
I have no reason to believe that, had I polled every person at the neighborhood party, that the "split" of opinions would be any different. I own a small research company, and employ 18 people--the split among them is very nearly identical to that which I found at this party today, despite the fact that virtually every one of us spends 8-10 hours a day on the computer for our work, and more at home pursuing our personal interests, so we all have more than ample access to information that you won't find in the MSM reports.
To be honest, although it is heartbreaking to me, I simply do not believe that either group is atypical of the feelings, opinions, and beliefs of people in Florida.
ABSOLUTELY!!! PC93 has been a Godsend to Terri and her continued life. I'm sure I've never adequately expressed both my deep admiration and gratitude for everything he has done (and, no doubt, will continue to do), for Terri and her family...and for all of us.

Michael Schiavo is very afraid of the internet. I've heard that George Greer is starting to have his minions surf the internet. The internet is ruining their best laid plans combined with the people who refuse to say uncle. THIS IS JUDICIAL TYRANNY and I've had enough.

Why? He has won in every court test of consequence, and he does not even bother to appear in court. He must be far more popular in FL than Scott Peterson is in CA.

I thought I'd let you know that Felos read that post. It is no coincidence that it was posted here recently and a matter of hours later, Felos puts the exact wording in a Press Release.

I wonder if Felos is jealous of Michael being called a MONSTER by the free world. In contrast, imo, Felos is more of a GHOUL than a MONSTER like Michael.
