The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

Well, it's actually a good thing. This gives Gibbs a bit of time to really bolster things up nicely. Truth be told, I was relieved that the judge went that way. Felos handed him a proposed order to dismiss all of this without opinion. Instead, the judge gave some room for proper arguments to be formed and presented.
I read the settlement offer from the Schindlers that you referenced, and it's dynamite. Prayerfully, that will be the shot that's heard around the world ... we'll do all we can to make it so.

BACK UP TO THE BEGINNING OF THE HEARING: Greer and Felos at first were imo trying to get Gibbs off his footing in a discussion at the beginning about "who went first last time." Gibbs said Felos could go first, Felos went blah, blah, blah, Greer then jumped in imo to get Gibbs off his footing. Greer said, "well, then you start Mr. Gibbs."
So, FREEPER FRIENDS, JUDGE GREER LISTENED INTENTLY TO ALL. EITHER GREER OR FELOS STATED THAT THEY HAD ALL THE FACTS OF THE CASE ALREADY SO WHAT WAS GIBBS TRYING TO DO?
There was a press conference by Felos in the Courtroom and I think he was telling the media that he had been threatened. (no more than any of us have).
THERE WAS AN EVEN LARGER PRESS CONFERENCE OUTSIDE with Terri's dad, Attorney Gibbs wherein Terri's dad asked AGAIN for Michael to divorce Terri.
I have a copy of a letter that the Gibbs Law Firm mailed to George Felos awhile ago. The Schindlers offered Michael Schiavo ANY MONIES LEFT, ALL MOVIE, BOOK DEAL RIGHTS, in other words, the farm. MICHAEL SCHIAVO REJECTED HAVING IT ALL BECAUSE HE STILL WANTS TO STARVE TERRI TO DEATH.
Felos just reminds me of a little bug and always gives me a headache. Judge Greer said at one point "I USE A HIGHLIGHTER PEN TO MARK PAPERS." HE CAN'T EVEN SEE - IT MUST BE A REALLY BIG HIGHLIGHTER... WE HAVE A WHOLE PERIOD FROM MONDAY THROUGH THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TO keep lobbying the Fla House, Florida Senate and YES, EVEN GOVERNOR BUSH. It appears he hasn't quite thrown in the towel yet either. It started to rain after the LARGE SCHINDLER PRESS CONFERENCE.
The internet is really getting on Michael Schiavo's nerves but unfortunately, since we have freedom of speech, he can't control that per Felos from this morning's symposium about Terri at Stetson Law School. SO, IF YOU THINK MICHAEL IS A MONSTER OR AN EVIL HUSBAND, that is your opinion. It doesn't bother Michael I guess that he wants to starve Terri STILL. NO MATTER WHAT.
KEN CONNOR WAS AT THIS MORNING'S SYMPOSIUM also - he's Jeb's attorney and he's STILL APPEARING AS JEB'S COUNSEL it appears.

Courtroom summary above. MORE PRESS, MORE PEOPLE THERE FOR TERRI - Let's all keep up the lobbing and calling the media. It's working... FV and Michael rejected a really generous offer if he would DIVORCE TERRI. Why don't they just have him arrested for Adultery then? The penalty for living in open adultery is DIVORCING TERRI. Maybe they'll do that later on.

Felos didn't want an extra ten days. He handed Gibbs and Greer case citations in court, not ahead of time. He didn't want Gibbs to get the chance to review these citations that he produced at hrg, no advance warning. The ten days is for Schindlers' Atty Gibbs to address Felos' case citation ambush. We can lobby all next week even Jeb Bush is still on the table.

You know, check www.abcactionnews.com and www.baynews9.com in about an hour or so. They may have their reports up by then. There were quite a few out there. www.970wfla.com streams news reports at top and bottom of the hour. 20 second delay, of course.
I would imagine he is not. There are fortunes to be made once they get the floodgates of death flowing freely in the courts. Governor can't stop it, legislature can't stop it, President Bush can't stop it, USSC won't stop it. Looks like in internet is the only problem they have. Thank God
I LIKE this young Gibbs!!!! I think he is an excelent attorney who does his homework. When you read what he writes up it is very very tight. I have been very pessimistic in the past but for the first time in a long time I am startig to feel optimistic. I ean I always had hope, but the realist in me thought the evil side was winning. But I still dont' understand why Felos gets another 10 days above and beyond what Gibbs gets. Why is that? It seems like this, Gibbs cites case histories in advance, Felos doesn't send anything in advance. Gibbs has until February 7th after having looked at Felos work form today, then Felos gets another 10 days after February 7th. Doesn't it seem like Felo's is getting favored by Greer? Is there a next court date set yet? Thank you Lord for Gibbs, thank you!
The media acts weird imo. Kind of full of themselves but they were interested in Terri's dad's every word and also what Attorney Gibbs had to say.
