The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

Author and advocate of Terri's right to life, Wesley Smith, spoke about Terri's case on last night's edition of Coast to Coast with George Noory. Mr. Smith spoke very frankly about Michael Schiavo's treatment towards Terri.

Clearwater, FL (LifeNews.com) -- In a decision released Wednesday with no written opinion, Florida's Second District Court of Appeal denied an appeal filed by the parents of disabled woman Terri Schiavo saying that starving her to death would be a violation of her religious liberties.Bob and Mary Schindler argue that euthanizing Terri would abrogate her First Amendment religious rights. As a Catholic, Terri likely would agree with the church's position against euthanasia.
The Schindlers pointed to recent comments against euthanasia and assisted suicide by Pope John Paul II. The pontiff has said that removing the feeding tube form a disabled patient like Terri constitutes "euthanasia by omission." The appeals court's decision upholds a ruling by Circuit Court Judge George Greer in October also denying the religious liberties arguments.
Terri's estranged husband Michael praised the appeal courts decision in a press release from George Felos, the euthanasia advocate who is his lead attorney.
Michael called it a "prompt and definitive denial of the Schindlers' frivolous claim."

Attorneys for Robert and Mary Schindler, parents of Theresa Schiavo, are disappointed with today’s one-line order from Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. The order, issued without a written opinion, dismissed a motion filed by Terri Schiavo’s parents asking the court to consider a recent Papal Declaration. The court ignored the Schindler family attorney’s request for oral arguments to address these important new issues.The Schindler family is appalled that the 2nd DCA would treat such an important matter of religious freedom in such a cavalier fashion. They are strengthened in their resolve to continue to fight for the life of their daughter and intend to continue to exhaust every legal avenue available.
The Free Exercise of Religion, guaranteed to disabled patients by both the Florida Constitution and the Florida Religious Freedom Restoration Act is not being adequately protected by the Florida courts in this case.
The new Papal Declaration makes a clear statement of Catholic religious doctrine that “water and food, even when provided by artificial means, always represent a natural means of preserving life, not a medical act. Its use, furthermore, should be considered, in principle, ordinary and proportionate, and as such moral and obligatory.”
Attorney David Gibbs III, representing the Schindlers in their appeal, said, “We believe that the Papal Declaration, issued in March of 2004, is new evidence that as a matter of law should require a new hearing into what Terri’s wishes would be today, given her devout faith and her current inability to speak for herself. Although Terri is unable to speak, she is very alert and aware of her environment and interacts regularly with her parents through sounds, facial expressions, laughter, and other non verbal communication.
"Terri is not in a coma; nor does she require any other assistance to maintain her life beyond assisted feeding through a tube.”

"Them's fightin' words" refers to Michael's comment about this being a frivolous lawsuit, even though a person's life depends on it.
It has been noted many times before that we would not dare treat criminals or animals with this kind of contempt.
We have a SHAM JUDICIAL SYSTEM HERE IN FLORIDA. Terri is exposing that but I don't think she should pay for that exposure with her life.
Greer's opponent, JAN GOVAN, followed all campaign laws for judges while Greer was cheating left and right. Govan went back to private practice but he was at Terri's Celebration of Life on December 12th.
When the CHEATING GOES THE ENTIRE CHAIN OF COMMAND, Terri is boxed in and stuck with Greer...stuck in a room while everyone waits to see if she will get ANOTHER DEATH SENTENCE HANDED DOWN simply because she eats differently than you and I.

What's more self centered and egotistical than that??? At least Judge Rapkin of Carlie Brucia fame "retired" after a con on the loose murdered her. Rapkin is no saint but he retired.
The Sixth Circuit Judges think they are superior beings. THEIR NAMES ARE? W. Douglas Baird, hit man (Terri's Law), George Greer, hit man (Terri's guardianship) and David Demers (Chief Judge) dismissed Guardian Jay Wolfson after Wolfson recommended swallowing tests. HIT MEN MASQUERADING AS JUDGES. Shame on them. I have no time to call any of these bums "your honor".

III. Guardianship
1. On the Petition for Appointment of Emergency Temporary Guardian, Judge Greer feels that it should be brought to the Court only in a circumstance of life, death or substantial waste of property.

I pray that Judge Greer has a change of heart and mind or some kind of revelation.
His actions are tearing apart our County. The Republican Party here can forget it. They support him. They only have his talking points which is very scary. They are not pro-life. They are puppets of this judge. I wish I knew why.

I read your post on the other thread, and the posts following, and I don't understand what you're saying.
But I restate for the record that I respect you, and all your hard work on Terri's behalf, immensely.
