The Terri Schindler Schiavo Daily Threads are created month to month as we watch local and national news regarding Terri and her family.
Since Terri's supporters are in every time zone, you may see something FIRST. Please share news with us that you don't see here already. Now, why would you want to do that? Terri's Daily Thread for September/October of 2004 was viewed over 15,000 times. Terri's November Daily Thread was viewed over 6,000 times. December's thread is over 3,000 views.
More and more good folks are finding out about Terri and that judicial tyranny would take her life, but for lots and lots of prayer and non-stop lobbying of relatives, friends, clergy, our leaders, the media, a passerby, a cashier - ANYONE who you feel comfortable chatting with.
Folks always want to know how can this be in America or on earth for that matter? Unfortunately, this is really happening to an innocent woman who just celebrated her 41st birthday. She's not the only one but she's the one with devoted parents and siblings who knows what's in Terri's heart. Terri has a strong will to live. That's apparent. It's been 14 years.
Besides, feeding tubes have been around practically since the Civil War. They are not high tech devices. Terri is "not hooked up to machines". Her feeding tube is the diameter of a piece of spaghetti.
Talkin' about Terri is the best way to lobby for her. It is a salespitch to save her life and subsequently, many lives. If you've never sold anything in your life, START NOW. START WITH TERRI.

Today, the United States Supreme Court will decide whether or not to accept Bush vs. Schiavo. Their decision should be made public on Monday, Jan 24.

Floriduh Voter this morning Jan. 21, 2005 at 11:15 am est received a return phone call from the United States Department of Justice.
I did my best every time the DOJ Rep stated that Terri's case was "for the Courts to decide" to bring forth another talking point about Terri and about the courts being part of the problem and also about the republican party's involvement in killing Terri while the republican party was also trying to save Terri. I stressed that this was a criminal matter and Terri's civil rights were being violated.
He was parrot-like and indicated that our call would not last very long. It lasted five minutes because after all this time, I don't stop talking until I've made all my points without getting pushy or rude. I believe the man upstairs was helping me find my words during this call.
I asked him since apparently, the DOJ did not view this as a criminal matter and even if it were, it was "up to the courts to decide", to AT LEAST, WATCH FOR TERRI'S PARENTS ON TV AND FOR TERRI and to understand it from their point of view. (after I did other talking points about her true condition). This guy (whether he will or not, said that he would watch for them on the news).
I ended the call by saying that I lived by the Hospice where Terri was being held in one room WHICH WAS AGAINST THE UNITED STATES LAW regarding torture and abuse.
He heard it all and he did make "notations' regarding my remarks about Terri. I could tell he wanted to tell me I was exagerrating but I didn't give him time to do so BECAUSE I AM TELLING THE TRUTH, AS ALL DEAR TERRI SUPPORTERS KNOW.
FV SAYS TO FREEPERS: If anyone submitted a Complaint to the USDOJ, now you know why you never heard from them. It it wasn't about you, they probably discarded it. If it was about Terri, the DOJ will not investigate the neglect and abuse of Terri Schindler Schiavo and as the fellow said "It's up to the Courts to decide".
WHAT IS THE CIVIL RIGHTS DEPARTMENT FOR THEN? Is the United States a fraud??? I heard some speeches this week with PURTY WORDS. Were they empty and meaningless?
FREEDOM AND LIBERTY FOR EVERYONE ON THE EARTH? WHAT ABOUT TERRI? Come on Mr. President! If you also say "It's up to the Courts to decide" your words yesterday and today were meaningless.
You know sometimes Terri supporters get hung up on or their calls get re-routed to nowhere. God Bless Americans, but America's in trouble.
Ping to my last. DOJ not going to step on court's toes even though there are CRIMES. Leaving it up to the courts to decide if the courts committed crimes is like asking the bank robber if he is guilty of bank robbery.
Is our Civil Rights Dept. of the U.S. a sham? Terri doesn't deserve protection???
I note in world net daily's article by Sarah Foster that hubby's team might as well be stating that TERRI HAS A RIGHT TO BE MURDERED. What folly!

You know, I'm so glad to live in America, I do consider it a blessing, so I hope God doesn't hold my complaining against. Our gov't has a lot of problems. I think our biggest problem lies in the courts and the judicial branch. We have many good laws on the books but the judges are making things up as they go along and no one seems to bat an eyelid.

Today, Friday - January 21 - The Path will air a broadcast of Terri Schiavo's case featuring an interview with Barbara Weller of the Gibbs Law Firm. Gibbs Law is currently representing the parents and siblings of Terri Schiavo in their latest bid to remove Terri's estranged husband as her guardian.

What's hurts here is that George W. Greer was reelected with 65 percent of the vote on Aug. 31, 2004. Other politicians don't want to reign in a runaway politician with kind of popular margin. The problems is the PEOPLE.
The Cruzan case is not exactly like Terri's.
Terri has to pay with her life because people either made mistakes or acted with malice of forethought?
