I have seen these mailbox addresses explained as what homeless persons use as addresses to have something to fill in. This seems to be a black hole into which anything can be thrown. How can they prove that these are bogus, or are they possibly really homeless folks filling out these forms?

A spokesperson for the Secretary of State's office seemed surprised to learn about the large number of mailbox and storage locker registrations. She initially suggested the explanation that these are mailing addresses. They are not. All of these voters are precincted at such addresses, and many have alternate mailing addresses, some of which are in other states and countries.

This is the main reason the Democrats insist that the "homeless" have a right to vote. In addition to gaining votes of actual homeless the Democrats can also manufacture many "homeless" voter registrations. If there are 50 voters named "Mickey Mouse" and the registrations are all to non-existent addresses or to the addresses of bus stops or whatever, the Democrats can say, "Homeless people have the right to vote. The fact that these addresses are not verifiable (fictional) is proof that these voters are homeless. The fact that these registrations cannot be verified proves their validity as legitimate 'homeless' ballots." The media of course eats this up.
