CINCINNATI - A woman who weighed more than 300 pounds noticed something strange happening to her body. As she lost more than 60 pounds over several weeks without going on a diet, she said she could feel a large mass growing inside her. "It didn't feel normal," Grace Radtke said. "It was like a long pregnancy." After being encouraged by family members, she finally went for medical help that led to the removal of a 66-pound non-cancerous, ovarian tumor from her abdomen on Dec. 3 at University Hospital.

Total weight loss: 300 initial pounds - 60 pounds from crash diet - 66 pounds of newly discovered ovarian mega-tumor - say, 10 pounds of post surgical trauma = 164 pounds.

I had a cousin with a similar problem. I had an Aunt in her forties that went in to the hospital for a tumor removal, but it turned out to be my cousin Charlie.
But, geez, Charlie only weighed about 8 lbs.

This is quote is a gem
After hours of surgery, four people were needed to lift the heavy tumor. Doctors said they had to roll the tumor onto a stretcher.

Wow. The equivalent of over six 10# bags of potatoes in one area of her body. Wonder what the hell kind of surgical tool was necessary to remove it. A tractor with a scoop on the front

That looks like the one from the special I've seen on Discovery Health who had a 200 pound tumor. The rest of her (face & limbs) were very thin because the tumor took all the nutrients.
