Though Election Day was almost one month ago and Sen. John Kerry conceded the presidential race, his campaign is still not giving up in Ohio, the state which gave President Bush enough electoral votes for re-election.

I am tired of hearing about Ohio, No news story here. , when its over the results will be the same. Call me when its over.
Sign the 180.
I heard there can only be a recount of the vote tally was within 1 quarter of 1 percent. It was at least 2% so by law there can be no recount. They can sue all they want but I don't think it will happen.
He will not get the nomination at all. The only reason why he got the nomination is that the DNC was scard of Howard Dean. It would have been blownout had Howard won.
Stop already, Mr. Kerry. You're just embarrassing yourself.
And annoying the he** out of the rest of us.
IS it time to start a 2004 edition of the SoreLoserman PR effort? Shouldn't this smarmy leftist be ridiculed for this latest flipflop (from his concession speech)?
Maybe I missed it, but where's this year's Sore Loserman style graphic for the Kerry/Edwards losers?
Mt thoughts exactly...when I think of Kerry two words come to mind...HAS BEEN!
The mantra of the left loonies will remain "another stolen election". If Pres. Bush had won by 12% it would be the same thing. I saw that Jackson-Lee former U.S. rep. on Hannity and Colmes and she said she is of the opinion Kerry won. We no longer can have an election with a winner and a loser and move on...unless of course a Dem pulls off the win. Then the counting stops, the story is over.
They planned on one contested state like this all along...Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin. They were never going to concede and be gracious. Gore changed that forever.
Ohio has a great sec of state. Cold day in hell before kerry pulls any tricks there.
John
The Libertarians' and Greens' lawsuit was recently smacked down by a judge who told them they won't win anyway so there's no reason to hold up certification for their recount.
I wonder if the judge in Ohio is just as smart as the one in Nevada and tells them to drop it.
Kerry is a lying sack of SH!T and will do anything to gain power.
The judge needs to dismiss the case, with prejudice. Make a strong statement here: 130,000+ votes is too much of a gap to keep having recounts, period.
Exactly what I hope he will do.
