I heard there can only be a recount of the vote tally was within 1 quarter of 1 percent. It was at least 2% so by law there can be no recount. They can sue all they want but I don't think it will happen.

1/4% is the amount which requires an automatic state funded recount. If they want a recount they'll have to pay for it.

The Libertarians' and Greens' lawsuit was recently smacked down by a judge who told them they won't win anyway so there's no reason to hold up certification for their recount.
