ACLU Wants School Bus to Stop Driving by so Many Churches
MARSHALL, TX The ACLU has learned a school bus that transports children to and from Marshall Elementary School passes 8 local churches per trip. Thats too many, said ACLU spokesperson Pete Peters. Those churches expose children to crosses and catchy little religious phrases, things that kids should not be exposed to while being driven by governmental busses.
The Republican led city council says that it would be a logistical nightmare for the bus to avoid the institutions of religion. The bus would have to start its route an hour early and the kids wouldnt get home until an hour later, says City Councilman, Jeff Todd. But Mr. Peters insists hes worked out the details. I planned it out on Yahoo! Maps this morning, he said. When the bus is on Main Street, instead of turning left on 3rd Avenue, it should take a right on Austin Street, a left on Magnolia Street, a left on Pine Lane, drive through the Wendys parking lot, drive across Crazy Jeb Bellows ranch, make a U-turn over the center divider on Perkins Street and BAM, youve got a bus route that gets everyone to school and doesnt compromise anyones civil liberties.
First, it's parody.
Second, how many times has Al Qaeda used our justice system to effect the changes they want? How many planes has the ACLU flown into buildings? How many ACLU members have joined the insurgency in Iraq? the Taliban in Afghanistan?
The way you use the word "terrorist" has stripped all of the meaning from that word.
The ACLU is soooo right, why if a "proper" bus route cannot be found, the churches should be burned to the ground, because as we all know, God is THE MOST dangerous thing facing our children today.(sarcasm)
Secularist Facist A-holes.
Another who bothers not to determine the truth or parody of a situation before commenting.
And what lovely comments they are. Let's "civilly" intimidate some guys kids and parents 'cuz we don't like him. Wow.
This is what I was talking about.
It's kind of like poking a stick into a fire ant mound ... fun to watch for a while but there's no way to simmer 'em down once you've got 'em aggitated.
You wouldn't think the ACLU would try to ban the Declaration of Independence either, would you? But they are. (Yes. I know it is satire, but is mighty close to the truth.)
So....
"Second, how many times has Al Qaeda used our justice system to effect the changes they want?"
"Used" or "subverted"?? "Changes" or "destruction"??
" How many planes has the ACLU flown into buildings? How many ACLU members have joined the insurgency in Iraq? the Taliban in Afghanistan?
The way you use the word 'terrorist has stripped all of the meaning from that word."
Gee Sparky -- is this your only criteria for plotting "terrorism"? You're woefully naive OR just a patsy.
Through its subversion OF the courts, the ACLU supports the civil "rights" of terrorists, pedophiles, and serial murderers;
Undermines and conspires to crush every last vestige of America's Christian culture and tradition;
Openly promotes and advocates its philosophy of "religious" athiesism, moral relativity, amorality, and social and cultural anarchy as a means to an end -- Stalinism.
Where have YOU been? In a cave?
He asked the question, 'How many of you believed this?' Because it's not far-fetched, given the ACLU's agenda.
Rush read the story on air today.
You should note that the trigger was the man's name. Parody or not doesn't matter when the point is to place the term civil intimidation on the record.
The tactic is valid. Spouses,Kids, parents, colleagues bear responsibility for the man. He has become a civil liability and society has a right to react in a serious manner. Disrupted and ruined lives are a small price to pay.
