FOUND! The text of the speech President Bush WANTED to give at Clinton library
http://www.NewsAndOpinion.com | Friends, distinguished guests, President and Mrs. Clinton, and those who I beat the hell out of in the last two elections. What a great pleasure to stand here on this special day in front of this double-wide you call a Presidential library the only Presidential library that hands you a towel after touring through the eight years of your interesting term. I didn't know if I was supposed to use the towel to dry off the after the shower I needed going through all the slime you pulled the country through or it was for after the tour through the Monica Lewinsky, touch me wing. Just ribbin' ya, Billy-boy.

LOL!
Excellent read!
Lord have mercy!!LOL! The left would be shouting, Impeach! But I do wish Bush would have used a line or two from that speech. I like this one:Friends, distinguished guests, President and Mrs. Clinton, and those who I beat the hell out of in the last two elections.
BTTT
As funny as this thing is, it would have been even funnier if SOMEBODY at JWR had bother to proof it, it is shot through with all sorts of spelling and grammatical errors, which could not possibly be attributed to President Bush's occasional mangled syntax, even on his WORST day.
Steve? You need to start listening more to Mr. Paper Clip guy in Microsoft Word when he tells you something is wrong with your writing structure.
Otherwise, a hilarious article.
This one caught me just right.
