Dan Rather/CBS's attempt to influence the election through the use of fraudulent documents was exposed on www.FreeRepublic.com, the internet's premier conservative news forum. Within minutes of Rather's "news" broadcast, members of Free Republic started to dissect the story. Freepers Buckhead & TankerKC led the charge and quickly uncovered the bogus charges that the network was leveling against President Bush.
The spinning and stonewalling began immediately with a former executive Vice President of CBS news, Jonathan Klein, stating on Fox News that "You couldn't have a starker contrast between the multiple layers of checks and balances at 60 minutes and a guy sitting in his living room in his pajamas writing".
Mr. Klein could not have been more wrong. The fact of the matter is that FreeRepublic.com has over 150,000 registered members (called Freepers) from all walks of life; including, journalists! This variety of backgrounds plus the Freepers' knowledge of researching the internet combined with an ingrained skepticism and desire for truth telling far surpasses today's definition of journalism.
Freeper ForGod'sSake went to work on a graphic that he hoped would symbolize the new tag bestowed by Mr. Klein and thusly, the Pajama Patrol Badge was born. The badge was posted on relevant threads and received a warm response from many Freepers.
Another Freeper, Seeking the Truth, owner of the political satire website, 0cents.com, offered to produce the Pajama Patrol Badge Products and there are now several items available; Stamp Sheets, Tee Shirts, Mousepads, Coffee Mugs, Fridge Magnets, BBQ Aprons, Beer Steins, Magnetic Bumper Stickers, Oval Bumper Stickers
I truly meant to have you on the ping list Meek. A thousand pardons.

Was, and yours a good one also I pray.
Last weekend for my wife in this house.
I sent her back with a notorized power of attorney to close on the new estate, that way I can remain here & tie up a hundred lose ends and supervise movers.
We packed a ton of living into the 10 days she was here though, and to have one of her turkey, dressing & yam dinners had to be the high point.
...makes 28 straight years, y'know. ;^)
a followup...
I would love to have a leather wallet like thingie that one can flash the Pajama Patrol badge ....LOL
I'm looking into something embroidered...we'll see.
Yee haw, it's 18 in Salt Lake right now. Kinda early in the year to be bringing in the brass monkeys :o)
I earned one of those....
EGAD Dan!
How does she do it?!?! heh heh

You're right, no pj's.
PJ's are kind of a individual thing with many different styles, colors & sizes.
I am testing a material that can be affixed to any material and will bear the Pajama Patrol Badge.
Biased? ME?......NAW......It's for the RED STATES......You know.......It's just a COINCIDENCE that my name is Red Badger.......really.......Don't you believe me?.........
Agreed, and I'm the designer and I hate it too. Well, actually I paid good money for someone to do that Flash into....really bad music, isn't it.
I've got to change that ASAP.
The skip works on my IE6.
Ummmm, well up to just recently?
...by living in another state. :o)
bttt
And Skip Intro worked for me the next time I tried it - I'm perusing your wares in blissful silence.
Incorrect.
It is secured with 128 bit SSL encryption.
Notice how the "HTTP" changes to "HTTPS" when you enter the checkout area.

LOVE THAT BADGE ;o)
No offense taken as that has been on my "To do" list for a long time and I keep procrastinating....maybe I'll just do a simple redirect for now...hmmm.
A *coincidence*, huh.
Just that I'm from the Badger State & those critters are *always* a tawny brown in color, y'know.
If you're really a red one, man we got to get together and get'cha on the talkshow circuit.
As your agent I'm very inexpensive, charging a paltry *only* 30%, *skimmed* right off the top.
"really...Don't you believe me?..."
HA!!
Hell yea sure, I believe ya 'Red'.
...I can call ya 'Red', right? {g}
Hey, ForGod'sSake almost called it a "shield".
Already picked out a couple of goodies. :)
