There was no reason to cave in to an organization, such as the ACLU which has come out fighting to support pedophiles, unless someone at the Pentagon supports the ACLU and/or dislikes the Boy Scouts.

Talk about chipping away at our freedoms, the boy scouts are a big chunk of that freedom.. The ACLU's chipper needs its motor shot out.. and the chipper operators need a "motion" to be made toward them...

Maybe the civilian GS workers made a call on this and not the military brass. I can imagine the ACLU trying to recall chaplains away from front line troops. I half hope that they would be so brazen to try that. And I hope the entire nation will know them because the ACLU exposes themselves for who they are: atheists that hate mankind.

Looks like more damage from the organization of Bobby Barr. The unalienable right to the free exercise (within reason) of religious activity on public property is protected in the Constitution.

Why is right of political speech on public property advocated by the ACLU(as they should)yet they don't advocate the same for religious speech?

really... we need to push some amendment that states something along the lines of "if your group is <2% of the population, the other 98% will do whatever the hell they want."

seriously, when did it make sense that 98% of an entire population needs to jump whenever some turd makes a noise? it makes no sense.

Since we are playing a game of "who spun it first"... how about the government stopping the abuse of my religious beliefs by the media with their nonstop afront to Christian values? They are just being insensitive to my beliefs by not allowing my children to pray if they want, promoting the death of unborn babies, under age sexual relations, and also allowing the homosexual agenda attack the sensibilities of my family.

Me too, and I agree -- the ACLU needs to be fought on every level. The most important level being the appoointment of judges who understand that the ACLU is not a spokesperson for our rights, they are way into taking our rights away. Lets keep the pressure on the Senate to let Bush do his job.
